vdubmvp Old-Timey Member Posted June 28, 2014 Posted June 28, 2014 metal banned again, lol I see him mentioned all the time, but I honestly don't even know who that is. I assume he showed up in the last year on the other board?
Candy Maldonado Old-Timey Member Posted June 28, 2014 Posted June 28, 2014 Dave wasn't metallijay. If it wasn't him, it was a good impression.
o2cui2i Community Moderator Posted June 28, 2014 Posted June 28, 2014 he didn't have anything but negatives and baiting comments. add in his quoting himself to point out how negative he was didn't help.
Dylan Old-Timey Member Posted June 28, 2014 Posted June 28, 2014 Dave wasn't metallijay. Might as well have been, haha
o2cui2i Community Moderator Posted June 28, 2014 Posted June 28, 2014 Might as well have been, haha when the thread is brutally negative and everyone is having a rant war, it takes hard work to stand out of the crowd. job well done. lol
Dylan Old-Timey Member Posted June 28, 2014 Posted June 28, 2014 I see him mentioned all the time, but I honestly don't even know who that is. I assume he showed up in the last year on the other board? I don't even really know the whole story behind him, I just assume everyone I don't like is him.
jaysfan2014 Old-Timey Member Posted June 28, 2014 Posted June 28, 2014 NYY 6 BOS 0 BAL 4 TB 1 f***. But Baltimore only gained 1/2 a game because of their loss earlier in the day to Tampa in the first half of the double-header. Still, that was a disappointing loss for the Jays. At least they didn't blow a winnable game like Boston did.. how the heck do you get shut out by Vidal Nuno?
o2cui2i Community Moderator Posted June 28, 2014 Posted June 28, 2014 Zee/clowntista/mettalijay/dogg/RogersisSatan, etc, etc, all figments of his own imagination. we need a positive vibe going into the game against Sale tomorrow. bautista healthy enough to hit wouldn't hurt either.
Stangstag Old-Timey Member Posted June 28, 2014 Posted June 28, 2014 I don't even really know the whole story behind him, I just assume everyone I don't like is him. Thats probably accurate. The guy is a no life neckbeard with like 20 accounts. This board and the old board are his life.
DH12 Verified Member Posted June 28, 2014 Posted June 28, 2014 I still think dickey should be our number 1 starter
Stangstag Old-Timey Member Posted June 28, 2014 Posted June 28, 2014 I still think dickey should be our number 1 starter A playoff team doesn't necessarily need a true number 1 "ace". A rotation of 5 number 3 starters is enough to carry us to the post-season.

I assume he showed up in the last year on the other board? he's basically a cancer to the board with an extremely low baseball IQ. for instance if a pitcher threw a nasty slider that someone swung through he'll chime in with s*** like "DURR WHY WAS HE SWINGING AT A BALL, WHY DO THESE GUYS PLAY BASEBALL." now imagine that multiplied x every f***ing time someone swings at a ball in a single GDT.
ElNik2013 Old-Timey Member Posted June 28, 2014 Posted June 28, 2014 Tough loss, but whatcha gonna do, can't win'em all! It gets tougher tomorrow against Sale, but at least StroShow should give team a chance. On the other hand, it's kids' day at the RC and those have usually been losses this year, gotta change that tomorrow. Is it just me or do the Jays always come up short in their 9th inning comeback tries? I know it's tough, don't get me wrong, just saying. It's weird how Gibbons just refuses to pull RAD after 5-6 innings. I guess they have to believe in him, bu tit's annoying. There just seems to be a dark cloud hanging over RAD, it's as if he's too uptight. Maybe he and the team need to accept that he'll never live up to the expectations and just focus on throwing the damn ball to the plate and whatever happens, happens.
Stangstag Old-Timey Member Posted June 28, 2014 Posted June 28, 2014 Yeah, does hurt your chances once you're in the play-offs though. I just want to get INTO the f***ing playoffs for once.
guylaroche5 Verified Member Posted June 28, 2014 Posted June 28, 2014 You can keep banning me, I will come back in 2 minutes. It's really quite simple. I did nothing wrong, Spanky just getting butthurt again But ya, this is pointless aren't there ways to IP ban people?

jaysfan2014 Old-Timey Member Posted June 28, 2014 Posted June 28, 2014 True... Most MLB teams could beat Vidal Nuno.. but Boston's offense is so inept right now that they make #5 starters like Nuno look like Cy Young. 7 times they've been shut out this season, and 13th rated offense in the AL, although they're pretty close to Tampa and Houston offensively. And worse, John Farrell and Ben Cherington STILL won't call up Mookie Betts. And they're carrying 8 relievers right now because they won't eat Peavy's contract and DFA him, nor call up another bat that is badly needed on the Red Sox right now.
DH12 Verified Member Posted June 28, 2014 Posted June 28, 2014 I actually think they will do well against Sale. It's the struggling lefty's they seem to suck against. THey come in with low expectations and think the scrub lefty is easy and end up suprised. Tomorrow they already know sale is top rate so they will have their A game bats out
Candy Maldonado Old-Timey Member Posted June 28, 2014 Posted June 28, 2014 put a delay on signing up and make a game day forum in which you need a certain amount of posts to post in. Problem solved.

Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted June 28, 2014 Author Posted June 28, 2014 On a bit of a more serious note, who actually does the GDT tomorrow? I know Ang may do it, King has offered on occasion, and even GD has said he'd do it if he has time. Once again I have no problem doing them but I do think it's fun to spread it around and give other people the chance to make them, and in the mean time we help out fatcow who's been really busy. PS: I'll probably delete this post if manager havok24 shows up to maintain the lol's.

Angrioter Old-Timey Member Posted June 28, 2014 Posted June 28, 2014 Wait, does Ang know how to do a GDT? Also, Dylan/King and GD know how to, I think? did you remember who was the person that prepare the GDT in the old forum? Angrioter from SPM
