After a full season at AA and another half season at AAA. That same timeline you are looking at Pompey debuting in 2016 maybe a call up in 2015 in Sep if all goes right.

I don't think Pompey/Gose should be in the same breath. I think Gose' chances of being a regular are over unless he fixes his swing very soon.

 

He is still a great 4th outfielder.

He's got to be protected in the rule 5 draft at the end of the season, so while it would be ultra aggressive even if he does hit well... It wouldn't be out of the question.
