I'm pretty sure it's true although I'd think a SSS warning applies. There have been a couple good ones with Navarro behind the plate, but I just think his inconsistency is more inline with his career performance.

Happ has to spot his fast ball. Doesn't really matter who is behind the plate if he cant, but Kratz is a better framer than Navarro. Kratz also has an arm that is seriously better than either Thole or Navarro. If Kratz could hit he would get more games.
