o2cui2i Community Moderator Posted June 15, 2014 Posted June 15, 2014 Pikachu with 2 hits and 2 RBI but has made s***** contact both times.
eastcoastjaysfan Old-Timey Member Posted June 15, 2014 Posted June 15, 2014 Do NOT pinch hit Francisco for Tolleson.
labadee Verified Member Posted June 15, 2014 Posted June 15, 2014 surprised they didn't call that strike considering how the ump has been today
eastcoastjaysfan Old-Timey Member Posted June 15, 2014 Posted June 15, 2014 Thank you Gibbons. Right call.
Chappy Community Moderator Posted June 15, 2014 Posted June 15, 2014 Pikachu with 2 hits and 2 RBI but has made s***** contact both times. He has 3 hits.
Anemic0ffense Verified Member Posted June 15, 2014 Posted June 15, 2014 I keep Tolleson in... Less likely to K
saskjayfan Old-Timey Member Posted June 15, 2014 Posted June 15, 2014 Just like Cecil. McGowan has type 1 diabetes though. It's tough on a pitcher...Morrow is the same way...you can feel great at the beginning of a game and 3 innings in you just lose energy...and your labour and your pitches start getting up in the zone..other nights you go 8 strong and you have no issues...that's the problem with diabetes..
dineke Old-Timey Member Posted June 15, 2014 Posted June 15, 2014 The inconclusive rule is such ********. If you're 99% sure on the replay, it should be called that way.
eastcoastjaysfan Old-Timey Member Posted June 15, 2014 Posted June 15, 2014 Pikachu with 2 hits and 2 RBI but has made s***** contact both times. He made decent contact today. Not a couple dribblers.
John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted June 15, 2014 Posted June 15, 2014 Seriously no pinch hit Francisco? Yeah, really don't think they should be pinch hitting for Tolleson here, would hurt the D. But not pinch hitting for Kratz I think is fine since you're Up by three. In a closer game, they probably do it
eastcoastjaysfan Old-Timey Member Posted June 15, 2014 Posted June 15, 2014 Yeaaaa buddy Good hustle down the line Tolleson.
o2cui2i Community Moderator Posted June 15, 2014 Posted June 15, 2014 come on.... need a key hit to put this bitch to bed!

Would make no sense cause fransico would strike out.
eastcoastjaysfan Old-Timey Member Posted June 15, 2014 Posted June 15, 2014 O's fans giving Hunter the business.
Candy Maldonado Old-Timey Member Posted June 15, 2014 Posted June 15, 2014 Thing is Navarro ain't much better if at all. The guy is horrible at the plate. As I said, it's a bad 6-9 anyway so I guess it doesn't matter, I just can't stand watching Navarro hit. At least Francisco can hit a bomb while Navarro brings nothing offensively. Using Navarro as our DH is utterly embarassing Gibbons is a genius.

TwistedLogic Old-Timey Member Posted June 15, 2014 Posted June 15, 2014 True but if Janssen isn't back and Santos will almost surely not have his option picked, then McGowan is probably the next choice, assuming he keeps this up. I wouldn't mind the Jays going outside of the box and toying around with a left-handed closer. Cecil and Loup both have the stuff for that. Thank god. Holy s*** how did they blow that replay call. Unbelievable. I could f***ing hug you for finally implementing infractions. The GDT has been great today. Massive improvement, which is completely out of the ordinary in a game as close as this has been.
Candy Maldonado Old-Timey Member Posted June 15, 2014 Posted June 15, 2014 Good, Gose learned he should bunt every at bat.
Horses Fart Old-Timey Member Posted June 15, 2014 Posted June 15, 2014 http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-6R2CEojO_hw/U538RxVXtwI/AAAAAAAADzE/lPilGtHhQl8/s1600/celeb.gif I would love to see the bys' loaded on da Newfie Screech!
eastcoastjaysfan Old-Timey Member Posted June 15, 2014 Posted June 15, 2014 Good, Gose learned he should bunt every at bat. Gose should just watch Juan Pierre at bats on repeat. Be like Pierre.
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted June 15, 2014 Posted June 15, 2014 So, Tommy Hunter really sux, huh??
Chappy Community Moderator Posted June 15, 2014 Posted June 15, 2014 I wouldn't mind the Jays going outside of the box and toying around with a left-handed closer. Cecil and Loup both have the stuff for that. I agree and if we're going with a lefty I would want it to be Cecil. I love Loup in the setup role.
Atothe Old-Timey Member Posted June 15, 2014 Posted June 15, 2014 Gose should just watch Juan Pierre at bats on repeat. Be like Pierre. Why he's a mediocre hitter, great base stealer though
eastcoastjaysfan Old-Timey Member Posted June 15, 2014 Posted June 15, 2014 Good inning. When JB and EE hit, we win.
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted June 15, 2014 Posted June 15, 2014 Good, Gose learned he should bunt every at bat. I know you're half joking. He can't do it EVERY time or they'll play for it every time.
Nabru Verified Member Posted June 15, 2014 Posted June 15, 2014 Gose should just watch Juan Pierre at bats on repeat. Be like Pierre. Was just thinking the exact thing
