o2cui2i Community Moderator Posted June 13, 2014 Posted June 13, 2014 lately our offense is.... http://www.cbc.ca/radionoonnl/li-620-power-outage-cp02887.jpg
Nabru Verified Member Posted June 13, 2014 Posted June 13, 2014 Yeah, saw on the replay But still, right up the middle. Yeah, I still think it would have been scooped up by their MIF, ball didn't seem to be moving great. Maybe not.
Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted June 13, 2014 Posted June 13, 2014 We need a lineup shakeup....asap
o2cui2i Community Moderator Posted June 13, 2014 Posted June 13, 2014 it's almost time to sacrifice a virgin and god know the board has a few to spare.
TheBoneCollector Verified Member Posted June 13, 2014 Posted June 13, 2014 Offense really in a funk, really have to stop the bleeding soon.
felinefriendly Verified Member Posted June 13, 2014 Posted June 13, 2014 bottom of lineup in the 9th...
Nabru Verified Member Posted June 13, 2014 Posted June 13, 2014 There is a noticebale difference in calls between balls and strikes for each team tonight.
jays4life19 Old-Timey Member Posted June 13, 2014 Posted June 13, 2014 I'm calling a Bluejays come back win tonight only because this thread needs some positive vibes. Letsss Gooo Bluejaysss!
ElNik2013 Old-Timey Member Posted June 13, 2014 Posted June 13, 2014 There is a noticebale difference in calls between balls and strikes for each team tonight. Not only that, but sometimes a pitch in the same location has been a ball and sometimes a strike. Not to mention calling Reyes out on that dribbler even though the throw was right on the line, just atrocious. If anyone watches soccer, the refs in that sport are just as bad, they screwed Croatia today on a clear dive.

Not to mention calling Reyes out on that dribbler even though the throw was right on the line, just atrocious. If anyone watches soccer, the refs in that sport are just as bad, they screwed Croatia today on a clear dive. No doubt. Out of all of the major sports, I actually think baseball is the best officiated (or umped). In the past I didn't have a problem with blown calls on the base paths as that can be so bang bang and they're usually right. But they need to improve their challenge system. As for home plate umps, I get the frustration with them at times. Some are good and some are wildly inconsistent. A little thing like Melky being 3-0 in the top of the first today instead of 2-1 with a man on could have changed this game completely.
closetjaysfan Verified Member Posted June 13, 2014 Posted June 13, 2014 good pitch.. kept us in the game
o2cui2i Community Moderator Posted June 13, 2014 Posted June 13, 2014 2 weeks ago we all would have just expected to come out of this with a win. everything bounced our way for almost a month. need a couple bounces to go our way here.
Trouba95 Old-Timey Member Posted June 13, 2014 Posted June 13, 2014 Great...f***ing fatty up first. No chance.
Buster Verified Member Posted June 13, 2014 Posted June 13, 2014 Reminds me of this: “In ’08, in May, we won 20 games,” he recalled, “and had the best record in baseball that month. “I got fired three weeks later. I always enjoy a good month, but it means absolutely nothing in June.”
Trouba95 Old-Timey Member Posted June 13, 2014 Posted June 13, 2014 Are we ever going to win a game again?
ElNik2013 Old-Timey Member Posted June 13, 2014 Posted June 13, 2014 it helps when your catcher can give the ump a good look Navi is one of the worst framers I've seen in a while Except that the called and not called strikes I saw where when the O's were pitching/catching.
Nabru Verified Member Posted June 13, 2014 Posted June 13, 2014 Reminds me of this: If there's a constant under the Rogers run Jays, it's the annual June swoon.
o2cui2i Community Moderator Posted June 13, 2014 Posted June 13, 2014 wow... a bounce that went our way. if we can just turn the lineup over!!! come on!!!!!
TheBoneCollector Verified Member Posted June 13, 2014 Posted June 13, 2014 Ugh ump has killed us tonight.
TheBoneCollector Verified Member Posted June 13, 2014 Posted June 13, 2014 Some horrid at bats again tonight, need to win tomorrow to get back some momentum.
S33n Verified Member Posted June 13, 2014 Posted June 13, 2014 The bottom of this order is really ugly right now
TheBoneCollector Verified Member Posted June 13, 2014 Posted June 13, 2014 The bottom of this order is really ugly right now Yes it is, to make matters worse the middle of the order is not hitting either.
o2cui2i Community Moderator Posted June 13, 2014 Posted June 13, 2014 he's out. game over another night of really bad offense.
