Kratz got Happ averaging 7 innings the last 3 starts and I don't remember him shaking him off. Now we have Navarro getting shook off steady and Walker coming in not to talk to Happ but to tell Navarro how to call the game . Instead of going to the BP for a reliever get a catcher in there.
