Santos stuff is still nasty, Delabar not so much.

 

Delabar has pretty nasty stuff himself, the only problem has been finding the zone and hitting his spots. His splitter is filthy when he's commanding it properly.

Very similar problems. Santos and Delabar both have good fastballs that they are not commanding well, and great strikeout pitches (Delabar splitter, Santos slider). But both have walked too many this year.
