Colon for 2 months could be great, but 11M for the next season isn't look very good. The big dude is a time bomb.

The "experience" part is so overblown in baseball. Matt Moore and Sonny Gray are 2 guys to name a few that had no experience and started playoff games. I can't think of anyone that would rather have Buehrle start over Stroman in a playoff game and he is "reliable" and "experienced".

 

Give me the better pitcher no matter what age and experience.
