kgm1 Verified Member Posted May 22, 2014 Posted May 22, 2014 OK Edwin, Pad the lead with one of your trademark bombs
Bunchedundies Verified Member Posted May 22, 2014 Posted May 22, 2014 Feels good to mess up the sox, wish we got lester out earlier, pound them harder.
havok24 Old-Timey Member Posted May 22, 2014 Posted May 22, 2014 Bark Muehrle just keeps on chucking. Love the guy.
John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted May 22, 2014 Posted May 22, 2014 Love the leader boards these guys put up... And here's the most HR since a random and arbitrary cutoff date to make the Blue Jay look amazing!
Bunchedundies Verified Member Posted May 22, 2014 Posted May 22, 2014 lol at MB Chucking up three straight 69MPH curveballs Don't know how he keeps doing this keep, expecting him to fall back a lot but it has not happened yet.
havok24 Old-Timey Member Posted May 22, 2014 Posted May 22, 2014 This game is missing an Edwin homer.
kgm1 Verified Member Posted May 22, 2014 Posted May 22, 2014 lol at MB Chucking up three straight 69MPH curveballs Slow, Slower and Slowest . That was how Doug Jones said he closed out games
Atothe Old-Timey Member Posted May 22, 2014 Posted May 22, 2014 I don't understand how the yankees can have a japanese translator but not a spanish translator
Deadpool Old-Timey Member Posted May 22, 2014 Posted May 22, 2014 I don't understand how the yankees can have a japanese translator but not a spanish translator Probably enough bilingual players?
Deadpool Old-Timey Member Posted May 22, 2014 Posted May 22, 2014 Know what we need? Edwin losing the bat into the crowd on a home run. Classic E5.
Bunchedundies Verified Member Posted May 22, 2014 Posted May 22, 2014 lol, bogarts has been terrible this series in the field
kgm1 Verified Member Posted May 22, 2014 Posted May 22, 2014 f*** I started Robbie ray against Texas today and they lit him up. killed my pitching stats this week
John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted May 22, 2014 Posted May 22, 2014 Edwin is sneaky fast for a slugger. Not like plus speed or anything, but he can get up the line decent for a 1b
theblujay Verified Member Posted May 22, 2014 Posted May 22, 2014 That's how you hustle. When the power hitter sprints down the line the rest of the team will make sure they do too.
jays76 Verified Member Posted May 22, 2014 Posted May 22, 2014 Lawrie must be jizzing in his pants about his spot in the order today.
Bunchedundies Verified Member Posted May 22, 2014 Posted May 22, 2014 not sure why lawrie took a 2-0 pitch down the middle up/
John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted May 22, 2014 Posted May 22, 2014 Bogaertz is awful defensively. Hardly, just took one badly hit ball for granted. Playing deep at SS and the slugger hits a dribbler that he double clutched... He just has to remind himself not to take anything for granted. And no, I'm not saying he's a plus defender, but he's not bad.

I don't know anything about the kid but just based on this series alone he looks lost out there. At least he has a good bat though.
kgm1 Verified Member Posted May 22, 2014 Posted May 22, 2014 Between Detroit and the jays we have really wore out the Sox bullpen. They don't get a day off for another 13 days facing the Rays and Braves. Hopefully it buries them good
Jaysfan_85 Verified Member Posted May 22, 2014 Posted May 22, 2014 Oh wow theres black people in Boston.
Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted May 22, 2014 Posted May 22, 2014 not sure why lawrie took a 2-0 pitch down the middle up/ Because they are trying to make him be a patient hitter like bautista, even though Lawrie is better when a little aggressive.
Bunchedundies Verified Member Posted May 22, 2014 Posted May 22, 2014 Because they are trying to make him be a patient hitter like bautista, even though Lawrie is better when a little aggressive. WTF? You know this how? Being patient like bautista does not mean taking meatballs in 2-0 counts, bautista would try to pound that.,
Dylan Old-Timey Member Posted May 22, 2014 Posted May 22, 2014 Has anyone ever died from a foul ball or severely hurt? Once I was sitting in the 3rd row of RC and a kid beside me,around the age of 12, got hit right in the mouth knocking him unconcious. They rushed him out, and a few of his teeth were still on the ground. Was nasty.
Atothe Old-Timey Member Posted May 22, 2014 Posted May 22, 2014 Navarro is spreading the love and pain
Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted May 22, 2014 Posted May 22, 2014 WTF? You know this how? Being patient like bautista does not mean taking meatballs in 2-0 counts, bautista would try to pound that., Its about looking for a certain pitch and location and taking it if its not there.
