COMMUNITY BY-LAW 2014-1A ALSO KNOWN AS "THE GIBBONS LAW"

 

Effective April 30, 2014

 

1 - DEFINITIONS

 

(1) "Member" means a registered member of the Toronto Blue Jays Message Board

(2) "Gibbons" means the acting manager of the Toronto Blue Jays

 

2 - APPLICATION OF BY-LAW

 

(1) The situation: Gibbons makes a strategic decision that results in a less than favorable result, includes, but is not limited to, the following: opponent runs being scored, opponent advancing bases, opponent taking the lead, opponent winning the game, team not scoring, team not advancing bases, team not making a play, or team not winning the game.

 

3 - REGULATION

 

(1) A member shall not make derogatory remarks, towards Gibbons and/or the strategic decision, in relation to the situation, as mentioned in section 2-1; unless such remarks are made prior to the result, the remarks will be deemed inadmissible (and stupid).

 

4 - PENALTY

 

(1) Failure to comply with regulation will result in a kick in the ass.
