kgm1 Verified Member Posted April 30, 2014 Posted April 30, 2014 What I've noticed which fans is on every play, the credit or blame always goes to the Jay player. No credit ever to the opposing team. Perez hit it out everyone goes goddamn Delabar, no credit to the guy who actually had the control. I blamed the fat f*** who kept calling fastballs . Perez is a very good hitter . Wasn't a surprise he had that fastball timed .
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted April 30, 2014 Posted April 30, 2014 Slightly below average last year, slightly above this year so far. Would that remove a lot of value if he was around average most of the time? I mean obviously it doesn't help but with the rest of his tools behind the plate he's still very much above average correct?
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted April 30, 2014 Posted April 30, 2014 #tvscouting f***ing right. It's fun.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted April 30, 2014 Posted April 30, 2014 In the current setting he's above average. If all the good framers were starters then he would slip. Interesting, good to know. Thanks.

Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted April 30, 2014 Posted April 30, 2014 Nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo NOT SANTOS Noooo, not the reliever most likely to get a strike out!!!
Candy Maldonado Old-Timey Member Posted April 30, 2014 Posted April 30, 2014 good santos or bad santos?
Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted April 30, 2014 Posted April 30, 2014 We have the worst bullpen in baseball at the moment....everyone is pathetic and to top it off we have some of the worst starting pitching. All equals a bad team. Seriously why are we trying Santos for another 5 out save....has it worked yet
Anemic0ffense Verified Member Posted April 30, 2014 Posted April 30, 2014 Calling it now Santos WP ties game
ElNik2013 Old-Timey Member Posted April 30, 2014 Posted April 30, 2014 So they've weakened their short-relief options in favor of long-relief ones and this is the result.
dmrich28 Verified Member Posted April 30, 2014 Posted April 30, 2014 don't need a strike out..need a ground ball
Convo Verified Member Posted April 30, 2014 Posted April 30, 2014 Noooo, not the reliever most likely to get a strike out!!! Also reliever most likely to make a wild pitch or walk a run in (consecutive walks)
Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted April 30, 2014 Posted April 30, 2014 Noooo, not the reliever most likely to get a strike out!!! And to throw a wild pitch.....and guess what a runner is on 3rd
Convo Verified Member Posted April 30, 2014 Posted April 30, 2014 50/50 chance Santos ties game on wild pitch
