fatcowxlive Old-Timey Member Posted April 26, 2014 Posted April 26, 2014 Can I ask, why the f*** are we voting for people to go to the mid summer classic 27 GAMES INTO THE SEASON. The ASG is literally 2 and a half months away
dineke Old-Timey Member Posted April 26, 2014 Posted April 26, 2014 Eric Sogard better make the game.
Dylan Old-Timey Member Posted April 26, 2014 Posted April 26, 2014 Same thing every year.. doesn't really matter since it's mostly just a popularity contest anyways
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted April 26, 2014 Posted April 26, 2014 We have to give fans plenty of time to vote Jeter to the All-Star game once again, duh.
havok24 Old-Timey Member Posted April 26, 2014 Posted April 26, 2014 We have to give fans plenty of time to vote Jeter to the All-Star game once again, duh. It's so obvious they're going to vote him in because of the whole "farewell tour/last season" lol.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted April 26, 2014 Posted April 26, 2014 (edited) It's so obvious they're going to vote him in because of the whole "farewell tour/last season" lol. Oh god. If this happens.... I don't want to think about it. It's happening guys, if Rafael Palmeiro wins GG at DH, then Jeter will surely get into the All-Star game once again. GD Old-Timey Member Posted April 26, 2014 Posted April 26, 2014 I'm sorry, is there a scenario in which Jeter isn't voted in this year? lol
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted April 26, 2014 Posted April 26, 2014 I am going to rage when he wins gold glove. His last Gold Glove! *rolls eyes*
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted April 26, 2014 Posted April 26, 2014 Ugh. The Jose Bautista #FaceofMLB campaign made twitter unbearable for a month or two. Hopefully the same doesn't happen here but... it probably will. Do you follow him? It seems to me that there isn't any point in following an established player if his twitter account is going to pull this s***, but then again I don't use twitter.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted April 26, 2014 Posted April 26, 2014 He's never even deserved one. I love how it has been proven on multiple occasions that he just isn't a good fielder and yet the voters will still back it up 100%.
Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted April 26, 2014 Posted April 26, 2014 Is Rogers on the ballot....he deserves a spot....right?
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted April 26, 2014 Posted April 26, 2014 Is Rogers on the ballot....he deserves a spot....right? Obvious trolling aside you can't vote in pitchers.
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted April 26, 2014 Posted April 26, 2014 Currently AL OF WAR leaders: Trout 1.9 Cabrera 1.1 Joyce 1.0 Bautista 0.9 Jennings 0.8 Can the Jays get both Cabrera and Bautista in the AS game in starting OF? Lol @ Trout. I think Bautista makes it easily, and worst case scenario Melky is a manager's choice, he has been an all-star before.
Arjun Nimmala Vancouver Canadians - A+ SS It's been slow going at the start of the season for Nimmala, but on Sunday, he was 3-for-5 with his 3rd home run and 3 RBI. Explore Arjun Nimmala News >
