The season looks like it ends on Saturday the 8th. Aren't there games on the 9th? Is that intentional?

Any game scheduled after Saturday is a make-up game for an earlier postponement. The season was supposed to end Saturday, May 8th, so that's why it's set like that.

There are actually games scheduled through the 19th.

I believe all those games after the 8th are make up games of covid. I know for a fact the game this Saturday with the Leafs and Habs were the Leafs last scheduled game for Toronto at the start of the season. That's likely it.

Oops P2F already answered this.

lol... good timing. :P

There is a need to vent. This Jarry injury has pushed me over the edge.

The final is currently 6-6. No matter what happens tonight, this was a heck of a matchup.

Excellent match-up, dude's, good luck.

Really tight. There's still at least 3 categories in play. There SHOULD be 2, but apparently St Louis isn't interested in shooting the puck tonight.

Just when it looked like the stars were aligning for us to squeak out a victory, St. Louis had a better third period and got just enough shots for Fleury to pass us in saves. You hold the tiebreaker, so it doesn't matter what happens now in +/-.

Congrats, Abom! Going toe to toe with you on strategy and tactics throughout this matchup was a whole lot of fun and also pretty stressful lol, not gonna lie.

We hope to be back here next year.

That was a great matchup! I was starting to think that one move I left on the table was going to bite me. It's so much more fun when things come down to the wire.

Friends!

I am sadly going to leave the league. I am a very busy father of 2 young gals, which leaves very little time for fantasy hockey musing. But beyond that, I have just fallen out of love with hockey.

I hope you keep this thing going, and I hope my boy Spanky wins the title next year!

No worries, mate. My run of being a good team is coming to a slow, lol. Is your buddy interested in taking over, I guess he isn't on this forum though.

any issues if I quit now or is it better if you have another owner to transfer the team to? Not sure if that causes any issues or makes things easier.

I figure if we just ignore your request long enough you'll change your mind and stay.

that's a big negative. I haven't even watched ANY playoffs, its over for me

Hockey is a pretty bad sport tbh

It's not as bad as football but still barely watchable

I've barely watched hockey playoffs in like 10 years. It starts when baseball is starting up again, and baseball is better in every way.

The Florida-Tampa series has been pretty incredible, but I've been bored to death by the majority of the other matchups so far.

I was hoping for so much more from Toronto - Montreal. The Habs just are not good enough. 4 goals in 4 games against the Leafs is pathetic. Carey Price is only mediocre now; he can't steal a series anymore.
