I have brought this up in the past but especially now with the move to FT and having added the right owners over the past couple years - I think it would be awesome to pair this with a new baseball dynasty and make it a dual sport dynasty league.

 

I may just be looking for an excuse to draft a baseball dynasty team having only ever joined existing leagues (and because it would just be fun right now) but I think it would be fun to try and try to synchronize two teams. Or maybe needlessly complicated, I don't know.

Yes, one more owner assuming Dinger and Brenner return. There will be a dispersal draft for the new owners(mandatory), and any current owners that want to opt in (There have been a couple that have expressed interest to me about participating).

There is a cut down this year, same rules/numbers as previous years. It's going to be put to a vote for all future years there'll be no cut down, and just one draft.

 

The waiver draft in this league is similar to the baseball waiver drafts were. Mostly s***, with maybe a new player or 2 coming over from Russia. Prior to the Waiver Draft teams must trim their NHL rosters down to 15 roster players and 10 prospects.

 

Prospects can be sent back down if they're eligible starting the beginning of this season. The current prospect eligibility limits/rules are in place at the moment until this coming season starts.

 

Entry picks are good for any player taken in the NHL draft that just happened. Or any prospect that doesn't have any NHL games played. Players who are of 24 years of age at the beginning of the prospect draft will be Waiver Draft eligible, and won't be allowed to be taken in the prospect draft.

 

I'm not sure myself if Goalies are good? I know they have less stats.
