With this transition it would make sense to cut down to 1 draft(combine waiver and prospect). We could technically do the 1 draft method before the start of the 2020/21 season since there have been no picks traded yet.

Maybe a 0.1% chance? You'd basically need to sweep every category against the almost-first place overall team and Vladimir Poutine would have to lose 10-1-1 or worse. And the two guys between your two teams would probably need to lose this week as well.
