jays4life19 Old-Timey Member Posted March 27, 2019 Posted March 27, 2019 (edited) I would like to give myself a pat on the back from increasing my hockey knowledge from like 4 players to like 14 players. Edited March 27, 2019 by jays4life19
TheHurl Site Manager Posted March 29, 2019 Posted March 29, 2019 1st - z3r0s and Brendan 2nd - Abom 3rd - jaysblue Again, congrats fellas! I locked the league up, see you guys next season/late August! s*** there was a 3rd place game? How'd I do. I'll be honest here and likely won't have a clue who is on my team through the off-season and won't think about this again until late September

P2F Old-Timey Member Posted April 11, 2019 Posted April 11, 2019 Scouting the stat line, Adam Boqvist seems like the next Nicklas Lidstrom or something. He scored 20 in the regular season and now has 8 in the postseason (7 games) as an 18-year-old in the OHL, in his first season in North America. Someone keep me grounded over here.

You just know he's going to have a good transition into the NHL, like a glove.
JG34 Verified Member Posted May 18, 2019 Posted May 18, 2019 (edited) I figure we will try and keep this slightly more organized than last season to avoid scrambling. Before we run any drafts we will make sure we have all 16 teams confirmed for another season. The NHL entry draft starts June 21 and the season begins October 4. Between then we will run the prospect and waiver drafts! Closer to the NHL draft I will work on reaching out to those who haven't confirmed their interest in re-upping. Enjoy your summer everyone, thanks for a great season! Standings(Draft Lotteries will be held for 9-16): 1) z3r0s - IN 2) Abomination - IN 3) jaysblue - IN 4) Hurl - IN 5) Spanky99 - IN 6) Brenner - IN 7) JG34 - IN 8) GoldBull - IN 9) Dr. Dinger - IN 10) Maahfaace - IN 11) P2F/jays4life19 - IN 12) The Cat's Ass - IN 13) KT7 - IN 14) LetTheBallFly - Replace 15) Pendleton - IN 16) Vanland - IN Edited June 30, 2019 by JG34
P2F Old-Timey Member Posted May 18, 2019 Posted May 18, 2019 I am in. Count both halves of Two Guys, One Cup in for next season.
jaysblue Old-Timey Member Posted May 18, 2019 Posted May 18, 2019 I am in because this is the only dynasty hockey league I know and I don't know how else I would spent my winters without fantasy baseball.
Dr. Dinger Old-Timey Member Posted May 18, 2019 Posted May 18, 2019 I am in because this is the only dynasty hockey league I know and I don't know how else I would spent my winters without fantasy baseball. Same. I think we should restart an NBA dynasty league also.
TheHurl Site Manager Posted May 19, 2019 Posted May 19, 2019 I'm back. Probably will need many reminders.
Daniel Labude Jays Centre Contributor Posted June 3, 2019 Posted June 3, 2019 I will not be back unless you all need me. Time to hand the team over to someone who knows hockey...just PM me if you all need me, if not good luck on next season

I’ll see if we have any takers, but I appreciate your willingness to stick it out for us!

Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted June 20, 2019 Posted June 20, 2019 Still need to hear from: Spanky (I assume yes) Vanland KT7 Hah, I'm in, obviously. Pretty sure Vanland's in, KT7 works with Maahfaace.
Brenner Verified Member Posted June 26, 2019 Posted June 26, 2019 When do we need to start making roster decisions on keepers and such?
Spanky99 Old-Timey Member Posted June 26, 2019 Posted June 26, 2019 When do we need to start making roster decisions on keepers and such? Keepers, a few days before the waiver draft, TBD(late August/early September) Minors, TBD, whenever we get the league set-up, owners, etc.
JG34 Verified Member Posted June 26, 2019 Posted June 26, 2019 When do we need to start making roster decisions on keepers and such? As Spanky said. To prep for prospect draft everyone can start checking to see who they want to drop, or who needs a promotion.
JG34 Verified Member Posted June 27, 2019 Posted June 27, 2019 I sent an email out to Vanny. Besides him we just need to hear from KT7 and potentially find someone to take over for LTBF.
