How does an EOD (12:00) Friday sound for cuts?

People can start whenever and the first pick you make counts as your cut-off for drops, with the drop dead of EOD Friday?

People more involved can decide if that's fair.

I don’t think so. We normally don’t allow trade of futures until the draft is done.

For example, you can now trade for 2019 Waiver but since the 2018 Entry is on you can’t trade for a 2019 until 2018’s completion.
