Pretty sure that this is right, but it'd be great if a commish could confirm:

 

1. Cut prospects are available in the waiver draft, as long as they have played a game in the NHL

2. Unselected prospects can only be added to a roster after playing a game in the NHL. You can't add to your farm midseason, unless it's via trade.
