eastcoastjaysfan Old-Timey Member Posted March 31, 2014 Posted March 31, 2014 lol Of couse Thole does that with nobody on base. Classic Jays.
Abomination Old-Timey Member Posted March 31, 2014 Posted March 31, 2014 Why couldn't Thole have done that last at-bat? ;(
JFD Old-Timey Member Posted March 31, 2014 Posted March 31, 2014 this offense is sad, especially on the road.
Atothe Old-Timey Member Posted March 31, 2014 Posted March 31, 2014 I've had hope for Morrow since day one, we all have. He's shown flashes of brilliance and nothing more. I don't think he's anything more than a .500 pitcher at best. Until of course, he moves to another team and comes out of his shell to win 20 games, accrediting his sudden success to something trivial. I look at our rotation and see 4 debatable .500 pitchers and Hutch, who if healthy, could be the one bright light out of em all. I think Cecil could have been an asset to our rotation although I see his value as a reliever. But without the starters to get you to that pen, it doesn't matter. Dickey, Morrow, Buerhle and Mcgowan....can anyone honestly say any of those guys will have even good seasons? I won't be surprised at all to see them lose 90 games or more. Stop talking about pitchers win/loss records. You're in over your head if that's all you care about regarding pitching statd
Jays Verified Member Posted March 31, 2014 Posted March 31, 2014 Good thing Thole was working with Romero.
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted March 31, 2014 Posted March 31, 2014 Half our lineup is a black hole with Reyes out. Only 1/3
fatcowxlive Old-Timey Member Posted March 31, 2014 Author Posted March 31, 2014 Maybe we can repeat Cleveland two years ago? Score a run off price and then tie the game off Balfour?
bzapple Verified Member Posted March 31, 2014 Posted March 31, 2014 Price is owning the outside part of the plate.
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted March 31, 2014 Posted March 31, 2014 Nice Thole, c'mon Goins, keep the line moving. He is seriously overmatched
eastcoastjaysfan Old-Timey Member Posted March 31, 2014 Posted March 31, 2014 Good thing Thole was working with Romero. lol That's like practicing against John Salmons to prepare for guarding Lebron James.
fatcowxlive Old-Timey Member Posted March 31, 2014 Author Posted March 31, 2014 lmao Escobar tries to get 4 outs
Orgfiller Old-Timey Member Posted March 31, 2014 Posted March 31, 2014 Half our lineup is a black hole with Reyes out. Rasmus, Bautista, EE, Lawrie, Melky? 5/9= >1/2
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted March 31, 2014 Posted March 31, 2014 Price is owning the outside part of the plate. Yeah and the ump has even cost him a few strikes
jaysfan2014 Old-Timey Member Posted March 31, 2014 Posted March 31, 2014 Someone forgot to tell Escobar how many outs there were.. what a brain cramp for him.
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted March 31, 2014 Posted March 31, 2014 lmao Escobar tries to get 4 outs That's what makes him so awesome right? LOL
xposbrad Verified Member Posted March 31, 2014 Posted March 31, 2014 where's the guy with all his projections that's never right? That the Jays will finish above the Yanks and every Jays pitcher will have a sub 4 ERA lol!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Angrioter Old-Timey Member Posted March 31, 2014 Posted March 31, 2014 Goins is "out" before he get up of his bed.
eastcoastjaysfan Old-Timey Member Posted March 31, 2014 Posted March 31, 2014 Can David Price please throw one of those 95 MPH's at Martin Short's face? I hate that commercial so much.
johannson Verified Member Posted March 31, 2014 Posted March 31, 2014 Melky, Joey B and EE up next inning. If Dick can hold the Rays off the board here, we can hopefully get back into this thing!
Stangstag Old-Timey Member Posted March 31, 2014 Posted March 31, 2014 where's the guy with all his projections that's never right? That the Jays will finish above the Yanks and every Jays pitcher will have a sub 4 ERA lol!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Dude its the first game of the season
eastcoastjaysfan Old-Timey Member Posted March 31, 2014 Posted March 31, 2014 Goins is "out" before he get up of his bed. It's unfair to expect a left handed rookie to come in and do well against one of the best LHP's of our generation.
