Anemic0ffense Verified Member Posted March 26, 2014 Posted March 26, 2014 seems umpire is squeezing dickey a bit in this game. Surprised that Dickey hasn't erupted yet from all that squeezing
Stangstag Old-Timey Member Posted March 26, 2014 Posted March 26, 2014 Grounded back to Dickey, throws to 2nd for 1 out, throw from 2nd to first is just late. Runner on 1st, 2 outs
Stangstag Old-Timey Member Posted March 26, 2014 Posted March 26, 2014 Give it a rest Homer. At least Goins gives us solid guaranteed defense and we can hope he hits. WTF is Dickey guaranteeing? Around 200 innings of 4 ERA ball.
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted March 26, 2014 Posted March 26, 2014 From what I have seen, Gruber92 is a reactionary f***nugget Hey f*** face, you want to put money on the fact that Dickey cannot keep his ERA. below 4.5. this year. Reactionary? Where were you last year, eating s***?
Shogun89 Verified Member Posted March 26, 2014 Posted March 26, 2014 Our "Ace" Dickey picking up right where he left off last season I see.
Stangstag Old-Timey Member Posted March 26, 2014 Posted March 26, 2014 Dickey walks Gardner, bases loaded.
Shogun89 Verified Member Posted March 26, 2014 Posted March 26, 2014 Around 200 innings of 4 ERA ball. And shipping a boatload of home runs
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted March 26, 2014 Posted March 26, 2014 Give it a rest Homer. At least Goins gives us solid guaranteed defense and we can hope he hits. WTF is Dickey guaranteeing? 200+ innings of at least decent starting pitching, with a few bad games and a few gems
Rotator Verified Member Posted March 26, 2014 Posted March 26, 2014 Surprised that Dickey hasn't erupted yet from all that squeezing he has had some serious 'glares' at home plate but doesn't appear to have said anything.
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted March 26, 2014 Posted March 26, 2014 He hasn't looked good at all. Too many walks, hitters looking comfortable and squaring him up etc... He doesn't look like a guy who's about to flip a switch and pitch like a 1/2, but we'll see. We should throw him preferentially against young, overeager lineups
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted March 26, 2014 Posted March 26, 2014 Around 200 innings of 4 ERA ball. For d'Arnaud and Syndergard. Nice deal.
Stangstag Old-Timey Member Posted March 26, 2014 Posted March 26, 2014 Hey f*** face, you want to put money on the fact that Dickey cannot keep his ERA. below 4.5. this year. Reactionary? Where were you last year, eating s***? Im not even sure what you are saying there. I would take that bet, but I have no confidence that you will actually pay me when I win.
SpeedyGose Verified Member Posted March 26, 2014 Posted March 26, 2014 Give it a rest Homer. At least Goins gives us solid guaranteed defense and we can hope he hits. WTF is Dickey guaranteeing? LOL wow man, you are so out of touch with reality. You mean the guaranteed 200+ innings of sub 4.25 ERA? Cause Goins is definitely more valuable than that. Not to mention once he got healthy around the all star break he had a 3.56 era 1.17 whip with improved strikeout and walk rates. But that's nothing, right?
Stangstag Old-Timey Member Posted March 26, 2014 Posted March 26, 2014 For d'Arnaud and Syndergard. Nice deal. I never said it was a good trade. Stop changing your argument.
Dylan Old-Timey Member Posted March 26, 2014 Posted March 26, 2014 This board is going to be hostile all season. It will only get worse too.
pickoff22 Verified Member Posted March 26, 2014 Posted March 26, 2014 Hey f*** face, you want to put money on the fact that Dickey cannot keep his ERA. below 4.5. this year. Reactionary? Where were you last year, eating s***? I would load up on this bet if it was offered through an actual sportsbook. Dickey = good
Shogun89 Verified Member Posted March 26, 2014 Posted March 26, 2014 So where did Arencibia end up? Flipping burgers at MacDonalds?
Shogun89 Verified Member Posted March 26, 2014 Posted March 26, 2014 This board is going to be hostile all season. It will only get worse too. Yep, last year was all trash talking. Maybe if we weren't such a disappointing team everyone would get along.
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted March 26, 2014 Posted March 26, 2014 BTS is the only one here who actually posts observed relevance. It seems like everyone else is watching something else, and I'm talking over a period of time, not just one game. P.S.. I never said Goins would hit, but has potential with GG defense at second base.
Rotator Verified Member Posted March 26, 2014 Posted March 26, 2014 wow yankees pitcher gets hit twice in the same inning by comebackers
Angrioter Old-Timey Member Posted March 26, 2014 Posted March 26, 2014 Dickey, our ace: 3 IP, 7 H, 4 walks
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted March 26, 2014 Posted March 26, 2014 Leroux almsot hit on hand again
Shogun89 Verified Member Posted March 26, 2014 Posted March 26, 2014 Who else is staying after the game to watch a real exciting title contender in Liverpool play?
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted March 26, 2014 Posted March 26, 2014 This Yankees IF is absolutely terrible
Stangstag Old-Timey Member Posted March 26, 2014 Posted March 26, 2014 BTS is the only one here who actually posts observed relevance. Ah, another BTS knob gobbler It seems like everyone else is watching something else, and I'm talking over a period of time, not just one game. Lol, take a look in the mirror dude. You are judging Dickey on this one game, and just disregarding his previous 4 seasons.
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted March 26, 2014 Posted March 26, 2014 LOL wow man, you are so out of touch with reality. You mean the guaranteed 200+ innings of sub 4.25 ERA? But that's nothing, right? I never once said Goins was more valuable than Dickey.
Rotator Verified Member Posted March 26, 2014 Posted March 26, 2014 jays bats showing some signs of life in this inning. 5 straight well hit balls 1 run to show for it
gruber92 Old-Timey Member Posted March 26, 2014 Posted March 26, 2014 Your observations will never be relevant. Thanks kid. I feel better now.
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted March 26, 2014 Posted March 26, 2014 So where did Arencibia end up? Flipping burgers at MacDonalds? 2nd or 3rd catcher for Texas Rangers
