Feed's a little behind.. but a 1-2-3 inning for Rogers! That'll help his hopes for either a rotation spot or a long relief role (more likely long relief).

He still has a shot at the rotation. It will be either him or Redmond. A solid start here I think would put him on even ground with him.

Everything's backwards in Jays land though. I still expect Happ to get the spot... Hope I'm wrong

Most likely because the Jays will have games without a DH when they play in the NL a few times during the season, since it's now throughout the year, not just May/June.

Yet every other game in NL park this ST they've used a DH, so Rogers getting ABs is somehow supposed to be prep? Just weird. It's practically a given that NL teams allow AL teams to use a DH in their parks in ST
