WARNING: This thread does not contain ANY sabermetrics. Read at your own risk.

I was a bit tired of hearing how pitchers will suffer more in the AL East. So I did some basic metric compilation from 2013 and it turns out, pretty much true. This may not come as much surprise but I was just curious so I thought I'd share.

Warning: If you keep playing around with numbers out of curiosity, eventually running into sabermetrics is unavoidable. Continue at your own risk.

PF

League, Basic, HR

AL East 101.4, 104

AL Central 100.8, 99

AL West 99.6, 99

NL West 100.6, 100.4

NL Central 100, 101.2

NL East 99.4, 98.6

DH is +2 and pitcher batting is -2

Dude, he said he was tired of reading how pitchers suffer more in the AL East. Park factors make pitchers suffer, so it's not really relevant to point them out.

Uhhhh, you might want to read what the op wrote again (not to mention taking note of the person in the thread who asked for the park factors).
