An overhaul would be last resort, but I agree the tweaks need to be made to stay successful. It's certainly true on the latter, the overhaul would try to save a career, vice-versa for pitchers aswell.

 

100% accurate on the latter. Lawrie better absorb what Seitzer will bring, especially keeping his hands quiet in his approach, or else he'll soon be part of the Travis Snider traveling band.

There was already progress on this last season with murphy, there's no reason to believe that he'd think it's suddenly not something to improve.
