Let's trade Happ and some other of our pitching/bullpen depth to the Angels for Howie Kendrick. They have a couple young guys that can fill in at 2B and they are desperate for some pitching.

Jannsen has some value, but it's been depleted a little bit by his injury, The rest of the guys would just be throw ins. You could possibly get a small return for Happ/Rogers to a team that's very desperate for SP or a stop gap due to injury, but Happ's contract hurts his value. The rest of that list has little to no value at this point.
