lol Twitter has hundreds of millions of users. It's not just some fad for 'kiddies'. It's a useful tool for any type of person.

 

I'm quite a misanthrope in general so for my own sanity I avoid anything that reeks of "me too-ism". Unless you're a business/celebrity/journalist that has legitimate monetary/dissemination-related motivations for utilizing the service as a newsfeed, you're cancer. I've seen way too many unemployed 20 year old gutter-trash who believe that twitter is there to help them keep their millions of adoring fans abreast of their toenail-clipping schedule.

 

Vapid morons really irritate me, and social media is their primary habitat. Thus, I avoid that s***. And no, I'm not some grumpy old man, I turn 30 in December. ;-)
