Man, i will always hate AA for the Dickey trade. I bet he told the Mets "you guys can take your pick on Syndergaard or Sanchez to go along with d'Arnaud, as long as we get our stud that takes us over the top".

 

It's worse, he said they could take Syndergaard as long as we can keep Sanchez, because he's AA's guy.

Gose is looking hard on staying up here and the upside comparisons between him and Sierra is not even comparable, yet he gets pinch hit for in the sixth down 7-4 in the sixth with one man on in a lost season. This stupid f***ing team needs see what they got in Gose,let him play ffs.

The most frustrating thing about watching the Astros is seeing Castro and Corporan and how much I'd like either instead of Thole and JPA. I like the Astros spot in several positions already. They keep trading relievers for fringe guys, eventually a few fringe guys work out and either have trade value or they become set. Then if Rodon is as good as I think he is, they will have a true number 1 as well.

Hopefully some HR hungry,dumb NL team will over pay for JPA this winter.

Our only hope for this is that he gets greedy in his first year of arbitration and the relationship between him and the F.O. sours.

 

I would give up my left testicle to be allowed to sit through (and make comments) JPA's arbitration case

You have to understand this FO has gigantic boner on JPA. Who knows? maybe they avoid all arbitration years and give him 3 year deal. FML.
