leaffie Verified Member Posted August 13, 2013 Posted August 13, 2013 I swear if JP is catching next year, I am getting a new team.
John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted August 13, 2013 Posted August 13, 2013 Here's to hoping that JP finishes the season hitting under .200 Let's see the FO ignore THAT. They'll just say that he played through all kinds of nagging injuries but toughed it out like a true catcher, showing heart and grit and end up signing him to an extension.
Angrioter Old-Timey Member Posted August 13, 2013 Posted August 13, 2013 In the begin of baseball the pitcher work was to allow the hitters hit the ball (K's penalized)......Dickey, Buehrle and JJ understand very well this old concept.

I mean, his D and OBP should be plenty enough for this club to realize that he's not a viable option for a competitive club, but a sub-.200 AVG is something that even the casuals will understand, and hopefully bring enough pressure to bear on management to make a move.........

Angrioter Old-Timey Member Posted August 14, 2013 Posted August 14, 2013 Seven points to Mendoza!! Who asked for mendoza? http://www.bluejaysmessageboard.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=304&d=1376333177

Jays Verified Member Posted August 14, 2013 Posted August 14, 2013 Lawrie is so talented. It looks like he's breaking out right now.
GD Old-Timey Member Posted August 14, 2013 Posted August 14, 2013 #RBImachine #betterthanVizquel avoids the mendoza line

GD Old-Timey Member Posted August 14, 2013 Posted August 14, 2013 Oh f*** off JP..........that hit with a RISP just bought him another year in management's good graces........ Is it possible to add to infinity?
StevieRay Verified Member Posted August 14, 2013 Posted August 14, 2013 why is victorino batting from the right side?
Atothe Old-Timey Member Posted August 14, 2013 Posted August 14, 2013 three straight pitches at 95 for cecil amazing
Dylan Old-Timey Member Posted August 14, 2013 Posted August 14, 2013 Should have traded our bullpen when we could have gotten something for them
DH12 Verified Member Posted August 14, 2013 Posted August 14, 2013 our bullpen is now showing some serious fatigue
Angrioter Old-Timey Member Posted August 14, 2013 Posted August 14, 2013 Pirates f***ing up the Card again. Let's go pirates
Angrioter Old-Timey Member Posted August 14, 2013 Posted August 14, 2013 McCutchen two-run shot in the first... MVP!! Cutchen rides alone for the MVP award, has little opposition. The contributions of Goldy, Gomez, GarGo, Posey don't translate into wins.
Angrioter Old-Timey Member Posted August 14, 2013 Posted August 14, 2013 Cutch could win unanimously if he keeps this up. What a f***ing stud. Cutchen and Trout? lol Poor Trout, has been the best player on the planet in his 2 first years and hasn't won MVP.
Shogun89 Verified Member Posted August 14, 2013 Posted August 14, 2013 Oh yeah such great shape to jump 100 times over 3 hours. No Tab, you just have to be not a fat ass like most baseball players.
Dylan Old-Timey Member Posted August 14, 2013 Posted August 14, 2013 Why the hell would you send him home?????
Shogun89 Verified Member Posted August 14, 2013 Posted August 14, 2013 Helmet adjustment for the lose.
DH12 Verified Member Posted August 14, 2013 Posted August 14, 2013 Ya really not that impressive jumping around like that. But of course after signing a 100 million contract everything he does probably looks impressive
Atothe Old-Timey Member Posted August 14, 2013 Posted August 14, 2013 the thirdbase coach can't return next year, how bad has this guy been
wardhenke1 Verified Member Posted August 14, 2013 Posted August 14, 2013 There was no way Reyes should have been sent there; it wasn't even close and he didn't even try to slide.
