o2cui2i Community Moderator Posted August 7, 2013 Posted August 7, 2013 The Blue Jays catcher position have a new incumbent. lets not get carried away. he's still only hitting about .100 for the year.
Angrioter Old-Timey Member Posted August 7, 2013 Posted August 7, 2013 lets not get carried away. he's still only hitting about .100 for the year. I don't care, he can catch the ball
StevieRay Verified Member Posted August 7, 2013 Posted August 7, 2013 so why is JPA not playing today. It shows he was starting on MLB.com about an hour ago.
o2cui2i Community Moderator Posted August 7, 2013 Posted August 7, 2013 Happ is getting crushed. Lucky for us its only 2 runs so far. it's gonna be that kind of game. really small strike zone. ump is making both guys pitch to the heart of the plate. edit: then suddenly Happ gets one on the edge. lol of coure
Angrioter Old-Timey Member Posted August 7, 2013 Posted August 7, 2013 Miller, Franklin and Ackey an infielders plethora. AA get one of them
Angrioter Old-Timey Member Posted August 7, 2013 Posted August 7, 2013 Ackley blows. Other 2 I wouldn't mind. Ackley is a hitting machine who need a piece, we can buy cheaply and repair it.
over500 Verified Member Posted August 7, 2013 Posted August 7, 2013 Are they Jays finally doing the right thing by benching da Top50Catcher, or is he just injured? Hope it's the former.
vdartanian Verified Member Posted August 7, 2013 Posted August 7, 2013 Harang....glad to see the Jays are all over this shitbag
Angrioter Old-Timey Member Posted August 7, 2013 Posted August 7, 2013 Back to back +30 Dingenzz season by Edwin
o2cui2i Community Moderator Posted August 7, 2013 Posted August 7, 2013 f*** yeah!!! Edwin bitches of course, i picked Ed for a week and finally went with someone else. lol typical
o2cui2i Community Moderator Posted August 7, 2013 Posted August 7, 2013 both of those were no doubters...
Abomination Old-Timey Member Posted August 7, 2013 Posted August 7, 2013 We certainly don't hit many cheap ones. Both of those were destroyed.
Abomination Old-Timey Member Posted August 7, 2013 Posted August 7, 2013 Seager almost threw that one away too.
bzapple Verified Member Posted August 7, 2013 Posted August 7, 2013 Wilner is a f***ing blind homer idiot So stop posting his tweets already!
Sammy225 Old-Timey Member Posted August 7, 2013 Posted August 7, 2013 Wilner is a f***ing blind homer idiot He is not totally wrong, but EE showed WAAAAYYY more then JPA has ever showed and Edwin has never had a season where he has been under .300 OBP JPA has never had a season where he as even been around .300 OBP. EE has only had 1 season where he has struck out more then 100 times. As a full time player JPA has never had a season where he has struck out less then 100 times. JPA is NOT going to be EE.
Angrioter Old-Timey Member Posted August 7, 2013 Posted August 7, 2013 But Jose Bautista was almost 30 when he broke out! So any player who is under 30 can hit 50 homers in their future! Edwin Encarnacion 23 - .276/.359/.473/.831 (PA 467) 24 - .289/.356/.438/.794 (PA 560) 25 - .251/.340/.466/.807 (PA 582)
Abomination Old-Timey Member Posted August 7, 2013 Posted August 7, 2013 Send that to wilner I seem to recall quite a few people being happy when EE was released, so I don't think Wilner is wrong.
Sammy225 Old-Timey Member Posted August 7, 2013 Posted August 7, 2013 So he is totally wrong? lol Lol the only thing I meant was that we all did not really want EE. Whatever everything worked out except JPA catching.
Angrioter Old-Timey Member Posted August 7, 2013 Posted August 7, 2013 I seem to recall quite a few people being happy when EE was released, so I don't think Wilner is wrong. what? Oh man, I had you in my circle of smart people.
Sammy225 Old-Timey Member Posted August 7, 2013 Posted August 7, 2013 Holy f*** its only the 4th lol. Good done work in 48 minutes I can catch some of the game
Angrioter Old-Timey Member Posted August 7, 2013 Posted August 7, 2013 oh my god 30th rounder or ~800K dollars? lol
o2cui2i Community Moderator Posted August 7, 2013 Posted August 7, 2013 I seem to recall quite a few people being happy when EE was released, so I don't think Wilner is wrong. getting let go was the best thing to happen to Ed. he completely changed his attitude and approach to the game. he went home and got better during the off season. JPA will sulk and think he's being mistreated, write a book about it and cry hard done by on twitter. Ed needed to be let go and he's a better player for it.
Dylan Old-Timey Member Posted August 7, 2013 Posted August 7, 2013 P.S. There's a s*** tonne of white trash downtown Oshawa. *shakes head* This is why I live in Whitby. but why haven't u done ur taxes? lol
