He is not totally wrong, but EE showed WAAAAYYY more then JPA has ever showed and Edwin has never had a season where he has been under .300 OBP JPA has never had a season where he as even been around .300 OBP. EE has only had 1 season where he has struck out more then 100 times. As a full time player JPA has never had a season where he has struck out less then 100 times. JPA is NOT going to be EE.

getting let go was the best thing to happen to Ed. he completely changed his attitude and approach to the game. he went home and got better during the off season. JPA will sulk and think he's being mistreated, write a book about it and cry hard done by on twitter.

 

Ed needed to be let go and he's a better player for it.
