Awesome New Replay System

That was pretty amazing, I would love if Rogers added something like that to there broadcast. I found the zoom outs to show the fielders after contact and the broken bat cut especially entertaining. The quality and detail of the images was phenomenal as well.

I think the greatest use for this system will be the replaying close calls at the bases and plate.

One would think Rogers has this technology, no?

 

No they don't. It's in use at Yankee games and on their broadcasts simply because the MLB offices are in New York. The company that came up with this is working with MLB on more practical uses.
