baseballsss Verified Member Posted July 21, 2013 Posted July 21, 2013 Lots of pitches, but it looks Dickey has a pretty good knuckleball today. some of the knuckleballs looked alittle flat. unless that was actually his fastball at 77mph?

They were unpredictable, which is good. Admittedly I'm going more off the kind of swings and takes the batters had rather than what the ball did.

baseballsss Verified Member Posted July 21, 2013 Posted July 21, 2013 These guys are men, not toddlers. Everyone realizes this team has been a massive f***ing disappointment. There is no controversy, I don't get why you and others are trying to create one with Buehrle. The pre-season World Series favourites are 45-51. i bet if bautista said it he would agree 100% and wouldn't think there was any contraversy with it.
Abomination Old-Timey Member Posted July 21, 2013 Posted July 21, 2013 Seems like our hitters are seeing the ball pretty well against Archer. Have to wait and see if it translates 2nd time through.
baseballsss Verified Member Posted July 21, 2013 Posted July 21, 2013 Yeah in most of his bad starts the first three innings have been great. I'm going to reserve judgement on the quality of Dickey's performance until it has concluded. yah thats true. did dickey say he likes the roof closed or open?
Angrioter Old-Timey Member Posted July 21, 2013 Posted July 21, 2013 Harvey pitchX vs Cliff Lee 98Mph 99Mph 97Mph 99Mph

Angrioter Old-Timey Member Posted July 21, 2013 Posted July 21, 2013 JPA > Yadier lol Dingers, RiBis and passball all day long
Abomination Old-Timey Member Posted July 21, 2013 Posted July 21, 2013 that's why Sam Fuld gets hurt...that's all out effort heading towards a wall. It's unbelievable that Fuld almost managed to make that play. Really bad luck for us that the ball didn't stay on the field.
Angrioter Old-Timey Member Posted July 21, 2013 Posted July 21, 2013 Dickey just win when he's facing the Rays.
fatcowxlive Old-Timey Member Posted July 21, 2013 Author Posted July 21, 2013 Well that's a nice walk to start an inning! Refreshing to see our leadoff man than us walking their leadoff man lol
fatcowxlive Old-Timey Member Posted July 21, 2013 Author Posted July 21, 2013 Goddammit shoulda waited until a strike was called, Archer doesn't seem to have control this inning
fatcowxlive Old-Timey Member Posted July 21, 2013 Author Posted July 21, 2013 Through the legs!! hahaha
