Indiana shot 52% from 3 and the raps turned it over 20 times with an overall 38% fg percentage. That's not gonna win many games. Raps did dominate the glass though 52 - 38

100% with you on Derozan, that move will set us back years. I hate it so much when Toronto over values players, on any other good team Demar is a role player or 6th man. Consistency is just not there for anyone to feel confident with the ball in his hands late game.

Durant doesn't need to change leagues to join the Raptors and Messi wasn't a Toronto FC fan growing up.

 

Now, yes, those points are very minor... But let's put it another way. If you were to make a list of Top 10 destinations for Durant, do you think Toronto is on that list?

He gets exposed in big games all the time. While his shot selection improved this year its still bad and not where you want it to be. I remember late in the game today he passed up a catch and shoot corner 3 only to take 2 dribbles and launch a fadeaway 2 feet inside the line. It actually went in but its still a horrible shot.

it was a tie game in the 4th quarter, George started going off and Raptors struggles on Offense looked like it started to affect their defense

The defense looked fine throughout the whole game, Indy was just missing some open looks throughout the first half. IMO everyone played solid except for Ross, Lowry and Derozan. I counted three times that Derozan passed up a shot at the rim only to get it back and take a contested long two.

Honestly other than Lowry missing some free throws he didn't piss me off too much. He had a bunch of shots just roll off the rim or spin out. Demar and Ross were awful though. Demar shooting 5-19 and getting lit up for 33

I agree. I love Lowry and he was trying to be aggressive the entire game, the miss free throws though was the clear indicator that he's more than just banged up yet again. Demar was doing his DeKobe skit and was beyond useless. We finally have a team that can go the conference finals in 20 years and this happens.. I was more than a little ticked off after the game. Powell being one of the only players to successfully drive to the rim in the second half and get benched for no reason at all was the final straw with Casey.

Agreed, i was so pissed in that final 3 minutes. Apparently Powell rolled his ankle or something? But Casey lost his mind in that game, why in the f*** would Ross be in the game 5 minutes left where he had been absolute s*** and Carroll be on the bench? Is Carroll that bad with his conditioning right now where he cant play more than 4 minutes in a row?

 

Casey's comment after the game saying it "wasn't fair to put in Demarre on George"...what in the actual f***!? THAT is the reason you f***ing signed the guy.
