I think it was a matchup thing. He isn't very quick laterally so he can get exploited that way. He didn't start out well offensively but overall he had a pretty good game.

I had a bad feeling going into last nights game and the way it started it was looking like i had the right feeling but the Raps pulled through and had a huge game and proved me wrong, LoL. The best thing last night besides the win was the crowd cheering "Lets Go Raptors" in LEBRONS HOUSE! f***in Awesome.

First quarter he takes nothing but horrible, contested, off balance shots and the team can't do s***.

 

2nd half he attacks the basket and shares the ball and the offense is basically unstoppable.

I think this is the first time there has been this much hype around the team. I've always been a pretty big basketball fan but the post Bosh-Beginning of last year era gave no one reason to watch any of the games.

I don't think Lou keeps playing this well but even if he does 80% of what he is doing right now for the rest of the season, how much money does he get as a FA? It'd be tough to sign him and Amir while still having cap space for 2016.

It's going to be very interesting to see how the rest of this season shakes out for Masai. The most obvious move to make is to make a deal for Horford, etc. to replace Amir. Amir could then be the backup C and have his minutes limited to 15-20 a night to keep him healthy.

 

Too early to write Amir off completely though.

I watched a fair bit of the Jalen Rose/Rafer Alston Raptors of 2004-2005. I think that qualifies as paying some sort of due.

I'm not sure how much he can reasonably ask for. If he's playing 20> minutes per game, that would limit his agent's leverage I would think
