No point in giving him a fifth year when Miami and Houston doesn't have the cap space to match 4/44. They're bidding against themselves if they surrender a fifth year.

I'm pretty sure Miami has the cap.space for one free agent as bosh and wade are taking back loaded deals, starting at 11 and 12. Houston has to S&T though and the raptors won't so they're pretty much out

Heard even before Gordon craziness Raptors increasingly worried baffling $$$ might price them out on Patterson and/or Greivis Vasquez.

 

Would probably take Patterson back before Vasquez just because we have Williams now to back up Lowry.

Pure stud? lol. I would take Jodie all day over Patty Mills. (although I agree Jodie's deal was a bit much, he's certainly worth the MLE)

 

Also regarding Gordon, I am pretty sure they just signed him to reach the cap floor/possible piece to match contracts in a trade. Best case for them he rebounds into a quality player. I don't hate it
