My god two brutal calls down the stretch with the Fields call on Garnett and someone on Pierce, but they were both horseshit.

 

They also called another foul on JV when he got a clean block on Plumlee

There were a bunch that went the Nets way and imo could have called about 5 on whoever was trying to trap Lowry on the pick and roll. The total foul calls are favoring the raptors, but they aren't fouling on every single play like the Nets seem to be doing half the time.

I was watching on NBAtv and they must have muted the crowd a lot because it didn't sound nearly as loud as game one. They also barely showed the crowd outside either so it was hard to see how big it was. That's awesome that crowd was even better than game one.

Thought for sure DD would choke down the stretch.

Still need to settle a bit but look a lot better than last game.

Pretty good win considering we were 2-16 from 3 and had 21 turnovers. Ross playing a good game would be so huge at this point, his skill set is exactly what we need on offense

My voice is completely gone. I can basically only whisper. It was mindblowingly loud.

 

I watched the replay and they definitely muted the sound a bit.

I think you'll see Fields get equivalent minutes to Ross down the stretch here.

 

No offense to Ross but it's the playoffs and his play has been too erratic on both ends. Fields is a steady defender. He made some massive plays last night. Completely took Joe Johnson out of the game.

Do you think that they can maintain the 8 man rotation for the remainder of the series? I guess if the bigs have some foul trouble, we could see Psycho-T, or Hayes if Blatche starts going off. I dunno. There's nobody small you really wanna see out there that wasn't last night.

I think so. Unless, like you said we run into foul trouble there is no reason to go beyond the 8 we saw last night. GV, Pat and Landry are perfect matchups for the Nets given their skillsets. There is seemingly 2 or 3 days between every game, giving the guys plenty of time to recover from the minutes played

Salmons and Hayes are not going to play another minute. Novak might be used sparingly at the end of a quarter or when they need a quick scoring burst.

Hansbrough is a great guy to play 5 minutes a half when the other team goes small. He can just push Pierce out of the way on the boards. As long as Salmons or Novak never plays again, il be happy

Dragic and Lowry would've gotten my votes for most improved. Dragic winning obviously.

 

Don't think people truly understand how good Lowry was this year though.

 

8th in win shares right behind Chris Paul and Blake Griffen. Dragic is 15th.
