Metallijay Verified Member Posted June 28, 2013 Posted June 28, 2013 Gonna be tough with rogers and wang in the rotation.
Metallijay Verified Member Posted June 28, 2013 Posted June 28, 2013 If bautista did that everyone would complain about it,
ElNik2013 Old-Timey Member Posted June 28, 2013 Posted June 28, 2013 Yeah, I'd rather have seen McGowan go a couple innings. So now he's thrown 20 pitches and will probably be unavailable for tomorrow, why not McGowan then Oliver or something like that? I also thought Gibbons said he wanted to see flayballs being caught in LF and that's why he DH'ed Melky in TB? Just a frustrating night....
8D Verified Member Posted June 28, 2013 Posted June 28, 2013 I think Ortiz is pissed because he got a 90MPH meatball right down the pipe in a 2-1 count and fouled it off. Cecil slapped his glove knowing he got away with one there. Next pitch, Cecil struck him out. Man Cecil has been BEASTING this year!!! I often tempt myself into thinking what Cecil might look like now in thet rotation. Not really sure how'd he do now, but I'm kinda curious. But he's got such a good thing going on now...
Abomination Old-Timey Member Posted June 28, 2013 Posted June 28, 2013 -also DL melky so we could have kept kawa Interestingly Kawasaki is playing 2nd tonight, so part of the trip to the minors might have been to get him a bunch of games there (kind of unfair to just throw him there when he's only had 4 starts at 2nd in his pro career). I can still see Melky (especially with how he's moving tonight) hit the DL when Lawrie is activated.
Metallijay Verified Member Posted June 28, 2013 Posted June 28, 2013 The bottom of the order only ones who showed up.
TwistedLogic Old-Timey Member Posted June 28, 2013 Posted June 28, 2013 LOL Spanky I saw that post you quoted. I can't believe he said that, he's the biggest antagonist on this entire forum, Gsnarls keeps saying that it's the same 4-5 people every night, but it actually isn't. It's the same one guy fighting with somebody different every night. My first game thread here, it was him antagonizing Dougie, then the next day after that it was him trying to troll you. Today it was me and Deadpool. He's the common denominator to all the s*** in this forum. When I saw Gsnarls request that people tone it down, I added him to my ignore list and that's why I've been silent till now. I wouldn't have seen his post if I didn't see you quote it.
JFD Old-Timey Member Posted June 28, 2013 Posted June 28, 2013 here comes bonishitty to put an end to this rally
Metallijay Verified Member Posted June 28, 2013 Posted June 28, 2013 A chance to make it interesting. The top of the order needs to step up now.

I agree, but then I heard Gibbons say that Melky is fine, but they need certain flyballs being caught in LF and that's why he DH'ed Melky in TB so why the heck is he in LF tonight? Who knows, I guess they've gotta make room for Bonifacio at 2B....
IBTrini Verified Member Posted June 28, 2013 Posted June 28, 2013 Doesn't their park apply to the opposing teams hitters as well? I was just wondering how much of a difference their performance would reflect home vs away and saw this - nice 40 game split [pre]

G AB R H 2B 3B HR RBI BB SO SB CS AVG OBP SLG OPS IBB HBP SAC SF TB XBH GDP GO AO GO_AO NP PA

Home 40 1347 209 385 105 14 40 205 143 312 24 7 .286 .354 .474 .828 10 8 4 14 638 159 26 349 345 1.01 6189 1517

Away 40 1411 201 370 70 7 45 195 159 342 38 7 .262 .342 .417 .759 11 18 5 12 589 122 42 380 378 1.01 6516 1606

[/pre] Hope I did this right.

G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted June 28, 2013 Posted June 28, 2013 Allright, huge chance here Need some runs!
Metallijay Verified Member Posted June 28, 2013 Posted June 28, 2013 Would love nothing more then a comeback, time for the top of the order to deliver, Boni should take until 2 strikes.
Deadpool Old-Timey Member Posted June 28, 2013 Posted June 28, 2013 My post was deleted? Lame.....I'll bet a 1000 the comment about my wife is still up and I reported it. I reported it as well, only post I've ever reported on this board.
JFD Old-Timey Member Posted June 28, 2013 Posted June 28, 2013 boni should take until he strikes out.. dont let him swing at all
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted June 28, 2013 Posted June 28, 2013 Would love nothing more then a comeback, time for the top of the order to deliver, Boni should take until 2 strikes. Yep Please don't swing wildly at the first pitch Please
Deadpool Old-Timey Member Posted June 28, 2013 Posted June 28, 2013 Cant wait to see how the Jays f*** this opportunity up. 2 on 0 out and a 3-0 count Absolutely have to take 2 pitches here no matter where they are.
Abomination Old-Timey Member Posted June 28, 2013 Posted June 28, 2013 Lester leaves the game with a brain cramp. Consider him hour-to-hour.
