Not crazy about the way Cecil has been used the last 2 times out. I thought this would be a good spot for McGowan. He pitched on Sunday and Thursday, probably in the 8th.

This offense is so frustrating to watch, just not disciplined at all. They are playing below their ability, lot's of bad numbers on the lineup.
