Metallijay Verified Member Posted June 26, 2013 Posted June 26, 2013 lol, former jays always kill us.
dmrich28 Verified Member Posted June 26, 2013 Posted June 26, 2013 Look on the bright side guys, even if we lose today which looks likely, were still going to be entering tomorrows game at .500 and with Reyes back. I doubt anyone expected this 2 weeks ago. This team will go on another run soon. don't even need a big run..just win 60% and all is good
JFD Old-Timey Member Posted June 26, 2013 Posted June 26, 2013 escobar squiben balls through holes all day
GD Old-Timey Member Posted June 26, 2013 Posted June 26, 2013 I've actually been pretty chill about the past two games too, I don't know, I just don't really see the end of the world playing out in front of me, maybe I'm not looking close enough. The only time in this series where I've actually felt any morsel of fury is over the JP play at home plate and maybe, just maybe that ******* Longoria swallowing the Jays balls like the sexy little bitch that he is. I'm over ranting about JP, I've accepted that he's a below replacement level player with no value. DFA Anthopoulos and Izturis to promote Reyes and Kalfus. The new bash brothers. Most amazing post in the history of ever Look on the bright side guys, even if we lose today which looks likely, were still going to be entering tomorrows game at .500 and with Reyes back. I doubt anyone expected this 2 weeks ago. This team will go on another run soon. Thank you! The end isn't nigh yet lol.

G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted June 26, 2013 Posted June 26, 2013 Tomorrows an afternoon game? Yeah, 12:10 EST.
itsawrap Verified Member Posted June 26, 2013 Posted June 26, 2013 We're complaining because we know our team can do better than this, and has shown it for the past two weeks or so. The O's fans were complaining because they got butt hurt one of their players got rocked by JB and that their precious HR leader who half of them just discovered yesterday was having himself a slow series.

This team will go on another run soon. jays still have too many 200-230 hitters. the team over performed for 11 games except for jose who continues to just suck. a lot of really bad AB yesterday and today. bringing in Reyes is good, but there will be 8 other guys in the lineup tomorrow that have to giving everything just so they dont suck. they need a virgin to sacrifice to the baseball Gods. I'll miss Kawasaki. lol

The Jays played 11-0 over the past two weeks. Even if the Jays go on an 11-6 run a few times, it'll damn near guarantee us a playoff spot. It ain't over till Buck and Pat are table-dancing in the booth wearing nothing but granny panties and toe sox.

GD Old-Timey Member Posted June 26, 2013 Posted June 26, 2013 Yeah, 12:10 EST. FFS... I won't be able to watch until 2:20, and then I'll be in the subway until 4 lol.

Need another bat besides reyes imo.

The reality is that the 11 game winning streak had some luck involved. We can't expect those types of streaks to go on forever. Even with a loss today this team is still 14-4 in its last 18 and this is f***ing incredible. Reyes joining this team tomorrow is going to be a significant boost and this team will be ready to win some more games.

Chappy Community Moderator Posted June 26, 2013 Posted June 26, 2013 I hate that its a noon start tomorrow. Was thinking it was an evening game and made plans during the day. Gonna miss most of the game, f***!!!!!!!
Metallijay Verified Member Posted June 26, 2013 Posted June 26, 2013 The jays take so many meatballs for strikes...........then swing at garbage, poor pitch recognition?
Metallijay Verified Member Posted June 26, 2013 Posted June 26, 2013 Bautista will be below .240 soon.

ElNik2013 Old-Timey Member Posted June 26, 2013 Posted June 26, 2013 I blame the 2 losses on all the freaks who said anything less than a 7-0, 6-1 or 5-2 roadtrip would be a failure...LOL!
