I've actually been pretty chill about the past two games too, I don't know, I just don't really see the end of the world playing out in front of me, maybe I'm not looking close enough. The only time in this series where I've actually felt any morsel of fury is over the JP play at home plate and maybe, just maybe that ******* Longoria swallowing the Jays balls like the sexy little bitch that he is.

 

I'm over ranting about JP, I've accepted that he's a below replacement level player with no value.

jays still have too many 200-230 hitters. the team over performed for 11 games except for jose who continues to just suck.

 

a lot of really bad AB yesterday and today. bringing in Reyes is good, but there will be 8 other guys in the lineup tomorrow that have to giving everything just so they dont suck.

 

they need a virgin to sacrifice to the baseball Gods. I'll miss Kawasaki. lol

Agreed, people on this board way overrrating this offense, it's very undisciplined, full of hitters who simply don't have good approaches at the plate. Need another bat besides reyes imo.

The reality is that the 11 game winning streak had some luck involved. We can't expect those types of streaks to go on forever. Even with a loss today this team is still 14-4 in its last 18 and this is f***ing incredible.

 

Reyes joining this team tomorrow is going to be a significant boost and this team will be ready to win some more games.
