With his ability to play 1B too, he can also provide them with a solid option at 1B when Helton retires if they need to fit another outfielder everyday. Fowler has hit well against Johnson with a 4/6 line and two doubles Both teams come into this game with winnings streaks. The Jays finished a 4 game sweep of the Rangers and a White Sox victory last week gives the Jays a 5 game winning streak, while de la Rosa will try to push the Rockies win streak to 3 games. Jays: Since the Jays found themselves 11 games under .500 (10-21) they turned things around in a good way, so good that they own the best AL record in that timeframe of 22-15. Since coming off the DL, Johnson has 2 starts with 3 or less runs given up. He has been dealing with a blister on his finger, but he has the green light to pitch tonight The Jays have a 12-0 record against the Rockies, sweeping them in three-game series twice in both 2002 and 2007 each. Guess what's popping in Dunedin, Florida? They have a leadoff hitter by the name 'Jose Reyes' and a starting pitcher by the name of 'Brandon Morrow' in their game tonight! While Morrow doesn't seem to have a limit as of yet, Jose Reyes is only playing for 5-6 innings. Gibbons expects both players to move up a level in their rehab assignments before being activated JA Happ is expected to throw a side session in the next few days. Best team in the AL over the past 37 games is shocking. It's amazing what a 5 game win streak can accomplish, hopefully they keep it going tonight.
kgm1 Verified Member Posted June 17, 2013 Posted June 17, 2013 GO JAYS!!!! Hopefully Johnson shows up tonight and pitches like he's supposed to. This guy has been pretty much invisible so far this year. We are on a roll with quality starts , We need Josh invisible Johnson to stand up and be counted
Dylan Old-Timey Member Posted June 17, 2013 Posted June 17, 2013 It's never a good thing when your johnson is invisible.. time for him to turn it on!

KevinGregg Verified Member Posted June 17, 2013 Posted June 17, 2013 What are the projections all about? Jose Bautista projected to play 11 more games? 11 more games than he has so far, or 72 more this season
bowld Verified Member Posted June 17, 2013 Posted June 17, 2013 Lets go Jays..gotta keep the ball rolling! Looking for a strong outing from JJ tonight
TBJ12 Verified Member Posted June 17, 2013 Posted June 17, 2013 Zaun must have lost his mind. He can't really believe Morrow should go to the pen in favour of Rogers and Wang.
Metallijay Verified Member Posted June 17, 2013 Posted June 17, 2013 jj doesn't have a win...it is time for him to man up and start producing.
Wilnercibia Verified Member Posted June 17, 2013 Posted June 17, 2013 If JJ sucks dick tonight throw him into the Pen when Morrow comes back.. Ya i went there. We need 6+ with 3 earned runs or less, anything else is a fail
kgm1 Verified Member Posted June 17, 2013 Posted June 17, 2013 Jose must be really hurting for it to be better for melky to play the OF . Hurts me to watch Melky run
Dylan Old-Timey Member Posted June 17, 2013 Posted June 17, 2013 Jose must be really hurting for it to be better for melky to play the OF . Hurts me to watch Melky run 2nd day dhing.. dl soon
kgm1 Verified Member Posted June 17, 2013 Posted June 17, 2013 EE not letting playing #base affect his offense . And he hasn't been bad at 3rd
fatcowxlive Old-Timey Member Posted June 17, 2013 Author Posted June 17, 2013 LOL, is this real life? Yeah, it's just Zaun though. He really shouldn't be taken seriously Although he has a point about Wang, he's pitched well in AAA and so far in the MLB, he should keep his spot until Happ comes off the DL. Rogers shouldn't have to kill his arm, we can use his 'Villy-utility' style later on in the season if something goes wrong again
fatcowxlive Old-Timey Member Posted June 17, 2013 Author Posted June 17, 2013 Eh, not concerning, how is his velo I wonder? That and versatility is all that matters in the rehab stints right now
Angrioter Old-Timey Member Posted June 17, 2013 Posted June 17, 2013 Got a feeling CarGo goes deep at least twice tonight. I don't care what anyone says about Trout. This guy is the most exciting player in baseball. He is the definition of a 5 tool superstar. Best player in the game in my opinion. CarGo Coors Field .360 AVG Road .001 AVG
kgm1 Verified Member Posted June 17, 2013 Posted June 17, 2013 He needs more than one start on rehab . `I'll Look at his #,s after his third start
fatcowxlive Old-Timey Member Posted June 17, 2013 Author Posted June 17, 2013 CarGo Coors Field .360 AVG Road .001 AVG lol this year you are wrong: Coors Field .291 AVG Road .348 AVG
