Kinda stupid article for suggesting the second trade, but Infante and Avila are interesting by-lows.

 

That second deal is f***ing awful. He shouldn't be giving opinions for a living. On the first one.. maybe it makes sense of some level but Tigers and a here-and-now team. I would imagine they could go after minor pieces like that with some farm kids. Infante has been a solid everyday player for them.

They do, but Castallenos isn't "just" anything, and I enjoyed that "don't be fooled" part.

KLaw didn't have Castellanos in his top 30 midseason prospects list (which even includes guys in the Majors who haven't exhausted rookie eligibility).

One of the best framers in the biz, according to Fast, and he seems extremely decent in terms of blocking and s***. He's my ideal buy low.

Not trying to troll at all. The Tigers don't have the Pen to get it done... If there is a type of player that you trade when they are on top of their game... It's a reliever... Throw in Oliver too... I don't think we have another Janssen... But we have a lot of candidates.. Just not sure if they match up.
