GD Old-Timey Member Posted May 19, 2013 Posted May 19, 2013 Thanks for these! Missing them. Nice to Lopes get hits AND walks. Great to see Nolin dominate. Sanchez is in a bit of a slump though I think.. I wonder how Stroman will do tomorrow. Some really encouraging performances from Norris and Jackson in Lansing. Maybe you could work that John Stilson got promoted from AA to AAA into the OP somehow?

GD Old-Timey Member Posted May 19, 2013 Posted May 19, 2013 I didn't think he did too bad actually, the 2 hits came in the first inning. A slow roller to third base infield single and then a hanging breaking ball hit for a home run. Didn't allow a hit after that, although he did have two walks. Was pulled because of high pitch count I was referring to the 2:2 K:BB ratio. He K:BB, at first thought, hasn't been as good lately. I could be wrong on that. Are there any GO:AO numbers available? Those are the two main things I focus on. Don't really care about hits at this level, it's why I'm still somewhat high on Norris.
GD Old-Timey Member Posted May 19, 2013 Posted May 19, 2013 wut? How about Daniel Norris? Nolin's domination was ever so slightly better than Norris because of the 3 walks Norris gave up, but the 7 K's are sooooooo encouraging
Angrioter Old-Timey Member Posted May 19, 2013 Posted May 19, 2013 Nolin's domination was ever so slightly better than Norris because of the 3 walks Norris gave up, but the 7 K's are sooooooo encouraging That kind of performance is normal for Nolin. It's the best I've seen of Norris after being drafted by the Jays.

mitchf Verified Member Posted May 19, 2013 Posted May 19, 2013 Norris was hitting 97-98 on the gun. Consistent mechanics and this guy is as advertised. I still believe in you Daniel.

GD Old-Timey Member Posted May 19, 2013 Posted May 19, 2013 Daniel's God already lost their trust in him. Jake McGee 2.0 I don't see why you continue to think Jake McGee is a bad outcome.
Dylan Old-Timey Member Posted May 19, 2013 Posted May 19, 2013 Thanks for posting the updates lately! Bisons are struggling as of late.
