Chappy Community Moderator Posted May 16, 2013 Posted May 16, 2013 Get Melky out of the game to save his legs I agree with this.
JohnnyLonghorn Verified Member Posted May 16, 2013 Posted May 16, 2013 Bautista is looking like he's in 2011 pre-all star break form.
Chappy Community Moderator Posted May 16, 2013 Posted May 16, 2013 So is this how the team should have been hitting from the start of the season? Pretty much with a healthy Reyes.
cesarb182 Verified Member Posted May 16, 2013 Posted May 16, 2013 LOL why this stupid hipters are booing them, they're getting raped let them have some conversation
Shogun89 Verified Member Posted May 16, 2013 Posted May 16, 2013 I wonder if we could get Melky one of those senior citizen electric walkers to take round the bases.
jaysfaithful8 Verified Member Posted May 16, 2013 Posted May 16, 2013 With a win today, Jays would be 7 games back of .500. It would be incredible if they could put a streak together and make it back up there by the end of the month. Wishful thinking, but when the Jays bats are hot like this and they get a decent start, things could really get good fast.
theblujay Verified Member Posted May 16, 2013 Posted May 16, 2013 Pretty much with a healthy Reyes. Imagine this lineup right now with Reyes...
Chappy Community Moderator Posted May 16, 2013 Posted May 16, 2013 Our roster is fierce mate. It's getting there. Once we get a couple of our arms back in a few weeks things could really start rolling.
kcjaysfan Verified Member Posted May 16, 2013 Posted May 16, 2013 Pretty much with a healthy Reyes. I can only imagine how awesome this lineup would be right now with a healthy Reyes at the top. Runs for days.
fatcowxlive Old-Timey Member Posted May 16, 2013 Author Posted May 16, 2013 Alright, that's enough of Melky now my fantasy team has gotten enough help from him! Hopefully they pull him and rest him
Chappy Community Moderator Posted May 16, 2013 Posted May 16, 2013 Imagine this lineup right now with Reyes... When he comes back, this lineup is elite. Lineup is still decent without him though, especially now that our guys are seeing the ball well and taking pitches. As the OBP climbs, so will the runs.
dineke Old-Timey Member Posted May 16, 2013 Posted May 16, 2013 lol Giants broadcasters just compared Bautista-EE-JPA to Murderers' Row. JPA for Posey please.
John_Havok Old-Timey Member Posted May 16, 2013 Posted May 16, 2013 Get Melky out of the game to save his legs I think melky should be DH'ing at this point and Boni in LF. But as for tonight taking him out? Wait till the end of the 5th
Chappy Community Moderator Posted May 16, 2013 Posted May 16, 2013 JPA for Posey please. The thing is, if JPA hits 30 bombs this year which looks pretty good right now, he is going to be considered one of the best catchers in baseball. It's sad but a good thing for the Jays if he is looked upon that way. Provides a great trade chip.
o2cui2i Community Moderator Posted May 16, 2013 Posted May 16, 2013 Amazing AB for Saki there! Told you'd they score 10+ again today. on a roll!
ElNik2013 Old-Timey Member Posted May 16, 2013 Posted May 16, 2013 I can only imagine how awesome this lineup would be right now with a healthy Reyes at the top. Runs for days. Well, the way in baseball works is that when some guys are hot, others are cold and since Reyes was hot at the start of the year, he might be the one in a slump at this point lol.
Chappy Community Moderator Posted May 16, 2013 Posted May 16, 2013 I think melky should be DH'ing at this point and Boni in LF. But as for tonight taking him out? Wait till the end of the 5th The problem is then you lose Lind's bat. Melky should DH against LHP and play LF against RHP.
GD Old-Timey Member Posted May 16, 2013 Posted May 16, 2013 JPA for Posey please. Only if they throw in Cain
cesarb182 Verified Member Posted May 16, 2013 Posted May 16, 2013 JPA for Posey please. lol, i think they really look like, the appearence, but posey is way better defensively
CHRIS Verified Member Posted May 16, 2013 Posted May 16, 2013 It's sad but a good thing for the Jays if he is looked upon that way. Provides a great trade chip. If he hits 30 dingers, there's no way they trade him. They're more likely to build a statue of him outside of the stadium.
eastcoastjaysfan Old-Timey Member Posted May 16, 2013 Posted May 16, 2013 Tv is fucjed up so listening to this on the radio. Jerry is excruciating to listen to IMO
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted May 16, 2013 Posted May 16, 2013 we got richard pryor pitching for us, guaranteed win. lol
theblujay Verified Member Posted May 16, 2013 Posted May 16, 2013 Close?!?! He's hit a couple flairs to right that have dropped in. That's why I say close.
CHRIS Verified Member Posted May 16, 2013 Posted May 16, 2013 Looks like Rajai is pretending to get the joke there.
G-Snarls Community Moderator Posted May 16, 2013 Posted May 16, 2013 Me gustan los nuevos Blue Jays Me too amigo
Chappy Community Moderator Posted May 16, 2013 Posted May 16, 2013 lo.l...........like that happens. GM's fall for this type of s*** all the time. If you don't watch a player play everyday you tend to focus more on the offensive than the defensive stats.
