Tim Wallach said that he wasn't interested. And Tim was AA's first choice. Joe Girardi is in his last year of a 3-year/ 9 million dollar deal with the Yankees and they want to scoop side burns Dave from the Dodgers and that would leave Wallach as the Dodgers manager.

 

Girardi would jump to ESPN or Fox.
