Zeros traded for Schoop a few weeks ago so he owns him and should have dropped/promoted someone else to accommodate.

 

BTS, who traded him Schoop, is a commissioner and probably processed the trade. As a commissioner, he should have noticed the 13 prospects situation when he processed it and informed z3r0s. He was probably too busy control-f'ing for Kris brryant.
