NJH is just like the Prime Minister or something, he only has power at the Queen's (my) discretion. I have empowered my Governor General BTS to unilaterally approve said candidate.

Goldbull has absolutely nothing to prove. He's always active, he's skilled and he's pleasant. Easy to deal with in trades but not a pushover.

I have pm'd TRM about doing a dispersal draft. If he says no, then this will just be a straight team takeover. If TRM says yes (and GB wants to as well), then any other owner will be allowed to opt in if they so choose and we will have a dispersal draft with at least two teams participating.

 

For these reasons, expect the cut date this year to be first week of March and the waiver draft to bleed into week 2 of March.
