To P2F: Madrigal and Luis Urias

To Abomination: Brandon Lowe

We'll do the Urias and Lowe part via Yahoo.

Wow that seems like a great haul for Lowe.

On the block for the trade deadline:

Taylor Trammell (top 30 prospect, people love him, great personality)

MacKenzie Gore (best pitching prospect in baseball and for good reason; filthy numbers)

Christian Walker (114 wRC+, 20 HR, barrels baseballs at a fantastic rate; probably legit breakout and still only 28)

Mike Tauchman (143 wRC+, 28 y/o)

Franmil Reyes (27 HR, 108 wRC+, only 24 y/o, EV for days!)

Jordan Luplow (120 wRC+, 25 y/o)

Tommy La Stella (currently injured, but might be a good keeper upgrade for someone; had a crazy breakout this season)

And allow me try to sell you on some relievers I have available:

Yoshihisa Hirano (6 holds in last 15 appearances, with a 13.11 K/9 and 3.86 ERA/3.22 FIP/3.46 xFIP)

Andrew Kittredge (looks like a stud) ----> https://www.fangraphs.com/statss.aspx?playerid=12828&position=P

Scott Barlow (kind of want to hang on to him, but will move him if I get a worthwhile asset or can package him for an upgrade; stud)

Joe Kelly (numbers over the past two months: 13.27 K/9, 3.66 BB/9, 66.7 GB%, 1.83 ERA/2.30 FIP/2.64 xFIP; goddamn!)

I would love to consolidate a few assets, preferably targeting your young talent that is either on the cusp of making the majors or just breaking in. I'm offering some good stuff, so give me a can't-miss guy and we will make something happen. Whether or not you acquire some of these guys could make or break your championship run. Hit me up. Looking to make a bit of a splash.

Relievers, except for Barlow, can be had for pick upgrades. Alternatively, could package a couple together, possibly with another player, for a more worthwhile upgrade.

Updated trade block.

Bruce back to Spank + my 3rd for TCA's 2nd.

To recap, I coughed up a 1st for the pleasure of Bruce going 0-9, then getting hurt.

Yup.

So can we get this processed? I tried to send him an offer on yahoo but it was declined, I assume he doesn't want Perez or he's pissed at me... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

And he still took like 2 days to accept it :)

I have concerns about Urias and Madrigal's power. Either or both could end up turning into a McNeil type player and it wouldn't surprise me at all, but I felt like it was worth the risk for me. I think it's a trade that works well for both of us. Definitely not one that would be done in real life though.

To be honest, it was not the kind of trade I was looking for, so I thought I'd wait to see if any offers trickled in that were more in line with what I was hoping to accomplish. I had a couple other nibbles, but this was the one I liked the best.

Pre-deadline Trade Block:

Marcus Semien

Eugenio Suarez

Jeff McNeil

I would be interested in working something out with a contending team willing to give up an injured player that cannot help down the stretch. Prefer MLB-level returns.

It’s weird how Gio Urshela has been legitimately excellent this year.

Yeah it’s wild. Not really slowing down either.

I should be able to compete next year with my offense

Diamondbacks closer Archie Bradley available for your first rounder. Top 100 player Jonathan Villar also available.

Would love to acquire some pitching somehow too. If you have injured starters let’s make a deal.

Viable OF/1B/UTIL bats CJ Cron and Avi Garcia available to lengthen your contending offence. Not too pricey.

After my trade with org, looking to add an OF bat. Nothing special, just a solid starter who is older.

I will move Bobby Bradley for a piece that fits well

It's a bit late to throw this out there, but if a contender is looking to really bolster their pitching staff, I'll consider moving German Marquez. The price isn't cheap. Looking for long-term 2B/3B options and high end pitching prospects.

Would like to move:

Yadier Molina © Expected back Tuesday

David Fletcher (2B,3B,SS,OF) if you want a cheap bench bat

Dexter Fowler (CF) if you want a cheap center fielder

Kike Hernandez (1B,2B,SS,CF) should be starting rehab assignment any day now

Brett Anderson (SP) Hard to find SP, and he's got an ERA under 4 with 10 wins.

Buttrey / Brebbia / Cimber (RP)

Willing to consider, but would prefer to keep:

Jake Lamb (1B, 3B)

JP Crawford (3B,SS)

Garrett Cooper (1B,OF)

Adalberto Mondesi (2B,SS)

Charlie Morton (SP)
