Dexter Fowler has been on fire since coming off the disabled list, going 6-for-13 with three doubles, a triple and a homer in four games. Fowler is batting .251/.349/.479 with 15 HR and 42 RBI overall. Looking to add a SP or solid closer.

I know how you can get an ACE...

Man, it sure would be great to have Clevinger for his start tomorrow.

FFS. Isn't there a comish who isn't on full time infant duty who could have dealt with this? I thought this league was mostly pathetic lonely men. Whatever it's done now. I'm sending poopy diapers to all the other comishes.

I've added Silvio, P2F, and silvergun as Yahoo co-commissioners.

We now have me, BTS, KK, Dinger, Boxy, z3r0s, thehurl, and those ^ three with commissioner privileges.

Literally half of the league can process trades.

It's an honour, thank you!

You know you can't be trusted with the controls, Spanky. You and the other guy

ODSP here we come

At least you have fantasy baseball. You don't need a spine to finish 10th in the DDL for the next 20 years

My pal Nick, with no soul.

I just hope to beat your ass.

Jesus Christ, Devers goes oppo taco on Chapman. A 20 year old lefty hitter just took a 103 MPH fastball from a lefty over the fence. First lefty to homer off Chapman since 2011.

From my conversation with Hink this week.

Devers isn't even a true talent league avg bat...now or future

I said don't let Dinger hear you say that and he replied with

Oh, the guy who famously bet me that Sal Perez would finish 2014 with a higher wOBA than Anthony Rizzo?

That's even dumber than the time he wouldn't trade Joey Gallo for Chris Sale.

That was how that conversation was started was my deal for Gallo

Btw, f you dinger for the epic week salvage. Today started so nice with me up 10-3 and you down a similar number.

Just boo

Glasnow has found control, for the time being at least. 30/3 K/BB over his last 3 starts. Fingers crossed that he doesn't implode again when recalled, but he's absolutely dummying AAA.

He's no Honeywell.

He's actually been markedly better than Honeywell:

K-BB%

Glasnow = 28.7

Honeywell = 23.7

xFIP

Glasnow = 2.29

Honeywell = 2.70

ERA

Glasnow = 1.57

Honeywell = 3.54

Of course Honeywell is a year younger, which is big. The two of them, along with Buehler, look like the three best pitching prospects in the game right now.

Exactly, he's no Honeywell. And Honeywell is no Glasgow

Honeywell has far better command and a much deeper arsenal. IMO Honeywell is an ace, while Glasnow is likely a reliever. I absolutely love everything about Honeywell's profile. I'm all in on Honey, trying to buy him up everywhere. Literally the only thing Glasnow has on Honeywell is a couple ticks on the heater, the offspeed stuff can't hold a candle to BH.

I'm a huge fan too, closest I could get was Gleyber + a 1st, couldn't do it.

I'm sure he'll be traded to silvio for a 2nd round pick any day now.

No, that will come after he puts up 150 good MLB innings next year.

If I recall right, Glasnow has changed his delivery (gotten rid of the windup), and it's resulted in an increase in velocity, and big jump in command.

Yeah, he scrapped the windup before his first AAA start this year. He says it helps him stay consistent. He's extremely lanky and was all over the place in the majors. He's seen a velo increase and huge jump in control since making the change.
