His peripherals are terrible and you're losing to the Jean Segura Lites right now anyway, so it's not like you're riding the luck wave to mad points or anything.

 

He's displaying contact skills that would be amongst the worst in baseball in a full season and he's also not walking at all. Offensively, he looks like Mike Zunino with a horseshoe up his ass.

oh god I would have been aaaaallllllllll over Brandon Wood back in the day. I don't have any illusion of him being a top 10 asset, but I think the detractors have gone overboard in their (justified) attempt to temper expectations on Story.
