People always overreact when one guy gets the better player. I think it's a pretty nice trade for FTD, gap between Stanton and Trout isn't really that huge.

I agree. Trout doesn't run nearly as much any more, which closes the gap substantially. Power is sexy too, I'd almost rather own Stanton anyway just cause he's more fun to watch.

Trout being healthy THIS year and without a potential power sucking hand injury was a big factor for me.
