wRC+ for the season up to 94 with a BABIP still 70 points less than projected. He looked so far away from average 2 weeks ago.

At this point you have to assume that Bautista has a partially torn rotator cuff (or something like that) and he is just desperate to avoid surgery. 3 weeks and he still can't throw. Winces after every little swing.

 

I'm baffled as to why he isn't immediately removed in a 10-2 game. What's the point of letting him hit there?

That Dodgers are ridiculous. Even with Puig out their lineup is dangerous 1-9 and they have maybe the best bench in the league.

It must be fun to be a Dodgers fan right now. Awesome team, very good F.O., and a good farm system with two elite talents (Seager + Urias) close in proximity to the majors.

Earlier in the year I was reading a lot of Dodger fans complaining about moneyball. f***ing tennis playing, spoiled f***s.

 

I wonder if they will try to bring up Urias this year.

So what are the thoughts on me and SG's Mike Foltynewicz for Chris Young swap? He proposed it out of nowhere, and I couldn't turn down a 23 year old former top 100 guy for a 36 year old waiver claim having a good season.

 

What should I make of my new acquisition? I'll take a chance on any pitcher with an 80 FB, but do I have another Sanchez on my team?

Hard to love either side considering Folty was a recent FA add and not much has changed for him since.

I don't know which Chris Young this is, but I just want to say that, regardless, he suxxxx.

 

I kind of really want Chris Young the pitcher as my SP8.

I thought both those guys were still on the waiver wire. But I like Foltynewicz more for sure. Has good potential, and still young.
