Either way, they're easily the best two farms. Unfortunately, between the two of you, half your studs won't pan out.

yeah, his half. :P

Even if they did pan out to the extreme, I doubt either team would be as good as mine is now.

Speedy has Bryce too right?

So, to the extreme:

Bryce: .410 wOBA

Gallo: .390 wOBA

Sano: .390 wOBA

Russell: .350 wOBA

That's prrroooobably going to better than any squad in a 20 team league if you surround it with anything reasonable.

The top 4 hitters on my team put up these wOBAs last year:

.455 wOBA

.400 wOBA

.393 wOBA

.384 wOBA

and that doesn't include Craig, Ellsbury, Carpenter, or Desmond.

That's not their true talent. I was indicating that those 4 evolve into true talent (ie expected) offensive monsters at the numbers indicated. A 2nd level of extremeness would be to then deviate a SD or so above that hypothetical mean.

Regardless, lol @ the rest of the league if that is in fact your team from last year. Don't you have a ++ staff too in this league?

TheRealMin actually won the offensive power rankings title last year (Dinger second), and the overall. Dinger does have an elite staff this year but it wasn't quite so last year (finished fifth in pitching).

I think in my first draft I took the following

Travis d'Arnaud

Jonathan Singleton

Nolan Arenado

Matt Davidson

James Paxton

Daniel Corcino

Then in the second draft took guys like Devin Williams, Robbie Ray, Cesar Puello, Micah Johnson (not Michal Johnson), Tyler Pike, Dilson Herrera. Didn't have a 1st or 2nd round pick I believe.

Traded Singleton in a deal for Piscotty. Also traded Puello, Davidson, Paxton in other deals. Arenado has obviously been my best pick in the third round of the first draft.

I'm not talking about my team last year. I said those are the 2013 wOBAs of my 4 best hitters this year. Use their career wOBAs if you like, there's no way Gallo/Sano/Russell/Harper's true talent levels will ever e as good as Miggy/Ortiz/Choo/Cano. They could peak in those ranges, if they're lucky.

Oh I see what you mean. Yeah that'll be hard to top.

Also, Choo has been even better than he was last year (.404 wOBA)! I love Price but I do miss my Choo-Choo train :(

Miggy .412 -> Bryce becomes this: 20%

Ortiz .390 -> Gallo becomes this: 10%

Choo .371 -> Sano becomes this: 15%

Cano .349 -> Russell becomes this: 10%

Chances of all 4 happening, very unlikely.

I will never underestimate your team again.

IMO Choo is a 1st round talent in this format. OBP monster with CF eligibility? Yes plz.

Luckily for the rest of the league, they're all 31+ and probably nearing decline. This is my window.

Please, you have no window. I don't expect you to ever miss the playoffs in this league.

Your insane offense was part of the reason behind my rebuild. My middle of the road current team wasn't going to beat you, so I'm hoping by the time some of my guys make an impact will be around the same time your studs are starting their decline

Lol Jaysblue was the reason I rebuilt in FC, so I know what you mean. You can be a contender as soon as next year IMO.

I am in a sticky spot i only got 3 prospects that really move my penis (Lindor, ALFARO, and Crawford).

Wacha is now in my MLB Rotation

Crick I traded to Dinger

Bubba Starling has been a big ole flop.

If i happen to fall off a cliff (not far fetched) Votto may go on the block. However as long as your in reach i am not selling off yet lol.

I'll beat any offer Dinger offers. And I actually have young players to deal...

Ugh, Mark Reynolds is carrying my offense. I'm pretty embarrassed.

Tip - own less Padres hitters.

It's ok though, look at my last 5 SP:

Danny Salazar - NA

Jorge De La Rosa

Brandon Cumpton

Jake Arrieta

Eric Stults

20 team mixed leagues bro. Hard.

Ugh. Not sure how much longer I can keep running Gyorko out there.

Thank god Speedy went to bed before 2:00 last night.

Haha. No kidding eh?

I thought McHugh was penciled into tomorrow, got lucky there. It appears I have dealt away some kind of ace, lol

Also...I got one final parrot from Edwin :)
